dlbalr
A bit of a surprise, Pasquale gets the start (on his birthday). I figured Tokarski would get the nod (unless he isn't there yet). A few other changes as well: Didier in for Bennett Thrower in for Hanley Neilson in for McNally
dlbalr
Scoreless in the 2nd. Shots were 11-7 St. John's in the first.
dlbalr
Andrighetto and Fournier scored to give St. John's the lead but as has become the custom lately, they blew it. Fortunately Gregoire just scored to give them back the lead, 3-2 in the 3rd.
dlbalr
And that lead didn't last long either. McCarron took another penalty (second of the night) and Syracuse scored with the man advantage. On a happier note, MacMillan has a pair of assists, his first career AHL points. dlbalr
Andrighetto pots the winner less than a minute into OT and the IceCaps survive for the win. (They were outshot 47-28 and were running around in their own end for stretches, survive is an appropriate word). They'll go at it again tomorrow - note the game will be on RDS for those who want their Habs fix on a Saturday night. http://theahl.com/stats/game-summary.php?game_id=1014910
dlbalr
Four lineup changes tonight - Fucale starts (so Tokarski winds up sitting both games) between the pipes while McNally, Hanley and Bennett return, replacing Andrighetto, Thrower, and Neilson as the team goes with a 7/11 lineup. Guest Stogey24
I wonder what the future holds for Tokarski

DON
Gregoire has played several "noticeable' games, while not hitting scoresheet much...yet. Hope he can move up lineup with Andrighetto-Hollloway called up. Fucale seems to do some 'swimming' in net and way out of position at times, as Price used to do and Condon does bit too much also. He was up to the 3rd line yesterday. Of those players, I think he'd be most likely to move up into Holloway's spot (unless Bozon's ready to go). J-Fin87
Big Mike seemed to play a lot on Saturday night. He became less noticeable in the second and third. During the first it appeared he was on the ice almost every second shift.
