Commandant
Nice Pick. I had him as a second rounder. http://lastwordonsports.com/2016/05/30/victor-mete-scouting-report-2016-nhl-draft-60/
TheDriveFor25
Would have preferred Maltsev, but still a decent pick
dlbalr
My Day 2 write-up has the scouting reports on him (including one from a particular poster here... ) http://www.habsworld.net/2016/06/day-2-of-the-2016-draft/
habs rule
Pretty small for a D, doubt he makes it.
kaos
Loved Victor Mete doing OHL finals versus Niagara. He'd have gone a lot higher had he been bigger.
Neech
CC has brought to my attention how awesome this guy's name is as well. We're assembling a cast of comic book characters.
John B
Saw Mete play in the Memorial Cup and I was pretty impressed. definitely a good offensive dman. I have my concerns about his size as do most people. Maltsev or Moverare might have been safer picks, but likely had less upside. I like Max Zimmer as well, but again he doesn't have a whole lot of upside.
PMAC
He is only 17 it is possible he might grow
DON
He is only 17 it is possible he might grow Maybe will be Yannick Weber sized, but hopefully bit quicker and smarter with puck.
