RobRock
someone wanna tell Millen that Subban wasn't on the ice for that ruckus is senility contagious?
brobin
Power play sucks, but that was just a brutal mistake by Subban The pp has to get going.... These games would be easy if we could score on the pp 5-3 and they stand around with slow puck movement... The defence didn't even need to move... And now we get a penalty.... Sheesh.... habs rule
someone wanna tell Millen that Subban wasn't on the ice for that ruckus is senility contagious? And he said it 3 or 4 times until finally someone told him it was smith pelley. Does he think they all look alike.. oooh racist. The P/P is crap. Habs30/31
Powerplay is what is, has been for 150 plus games. Hoping habs kill their own powerplay again, to get back to five on five. Better hockey to watch.
RobRock
Senility must be contagious if he thinks checking a guy with the puck is a penalty
BCHabnut
This moron thinks that was a penalty on Lazar. That was a beauty check. Millen is an idiot
brobin
I am at the point where we need to take pk off the pp.... Force the team to do something other then setup point shots

Cole I understand, senile. Millen just stupid.
BCHabnut
Pp is a momentum builder for the other team. That's why they take so many liberties. It's to their advantage
RobRock
He still thinks it was a penalty, not a clue why 2 mins for backchecking
sbhatt
I'm ready for the Habs to can whoever they just shoved in the role, and to go out and hire a serious PP specialist for an assistant coach. This game could be a laugher by now with a competent powerplay...this cannot continue.
RobRock
when they can't score on the powerplay, you can afford to be a little more aggressive I'll give them a few more games to work the kinks out. Notice how the PP went in the dumper when Muller left for Raleigh?
Habs30/31
Nate playing well. I'm ready for the Habs to can whoever they just shoved in the role, and to go out and hire a serious PP specialist for an assistant coach. This game could be a laugher by now with a competent powerplay...this cannot continue. But it will. Into to its third season now.

hab29RETIRED
Didn't they reportedly work on the PP?? Seems worse than last year. I realize he scored a PP goal a couple of nights ago, but what the hell was DD doing in the PP, instead of Eller?
dlbalr
I am at the point where we need to take pk off the pp.... Force the team to do something other then setup point shots I've advocated for that in the past. Petry may not have the dangerous point shot but I think there would be a lot less stagnation at the point as Subban often likes to hold or feint with the puck which kills a lot of the zone movement.
habs rule
Notice how the PP went in the dumper when Muller left for Raleigh? I don't care what it takes, lets go to st louis and get him back dammit. Him or Carbo cause that is when we had a power play. This is just sad. Can we decline a penalty? Let me Get this straight, and correct me if I am wrong. We have scored 1 (one) power play goal. We have allowed 1 short handed goal, so our power play is worth, let me see 1-1 = 0 so by my calculations it is worth the square root of fork all. I know it is early in the season, and things can change, but with all that talent we can't score a goal on the P/P, come on.

Machine of Loving Grace
Sofar the team is taking what Plekanec said to heart. Only 12 shots in two periods. I think it was that low against Boston as well.
hab29RETIRED
The first PP tonight, DD was in for Eller. The guy scores two goals last night and than MT sits him the first PP chance that they get for DD, who traditionally has sucked in the PP. Desharnais has played a bit less than Eller on the PP tonight (1:49 for Desharnais, 1:55 for Eller).

habs rule
By the way play safe wear a Condon. Hey he has looked pretty darn good. He would like to have that shorty back, a rookie mistake, he will fix that. Don't open legs, keep the puck in front of you legs closed and stick on the ice. He is going to be just fine. Chris
Rookie mistake? You mean by Subban leaving a drop pass on the blue line for know one. That was the rookie mistake. The first game I got to see so far, they look a little more creative offensively, still can't finish, defensively a little softer and not as structured it seems as last year, the PP still stinks. But the season is early.
