Just make it so the team that misses the playoffs, but has the most points, gets the highest percentage chance... then everyone pulls on all oars, till the season ends.

Cheatin has been around forever.

Dumb GMs will trade picks and with Wheel you are guaranteed exact pick it will be so teams will still play "games" when out of playoffs..
