(Nowadays, some make more than 25M$) So, let's break it down a bit. 25M$ / 162 games = 154,321$ per game Let's say he plays them all. 154,321$ / approx 4 at bat per game = 38,580$ per at bat. 38,580$ / more or less 5 pitches per at bat = 7,716$ evertime he faces a pitch.
