(Galchenyuk out with Flu) Might be a good game, Habs are favoured and actually are the higher scoring team. So I guess he is staying up the rest of the year then. Wouldn't make sense to burn the first year if that wasn't the case. Does that make Eller expendable? Once he hits that, he accrues one full season towards free agency. In other words, he'd be a UFA at 26 instead of 27 potentially. In the past, some NHL teams have gone past the 10 game mark but demoted the player before hitting 40.
