Gord Miller Ray Ferraro do a very credible job and a couple of CBC play by play guys are OK, like Bob Cole.
RDS only because i dont have to listen to them (i can pick up bits and pieces of french but not most) and mostly becasue i cant stand CBC- with Glenn Healy being just a total idiot, so RDS by default and of course because they show every Hab game.
The Boston Bruin guy seems the most biased, almost comical.
Funniest is John Shorthouse and his non-responses to just stupid assertions by John Garrett during Canuck games, he is just left speachless at some of the biased and kooky stuff Garrett says.

Not that you will have a clue who they are but here goes: Niklas Wikegård, Niklas Holmgren, Anders "Ankan" Parmström, Calle Johansson (you might know Calle since he played a long time in the NHL)
I thought I had heard/read somewhere not long ago that he and ex-Hab Jonas Hoglund were a broadcast team.

Havent seen Jonas Höglund much on tv actually. My guess would be he has some kind of role on swedish team Färjestad but I dont know really.

Always loved Bob Cole's tone of voice. Shame that he lost his touch the older he got.
On the other hand, although I kinda like his macho iitalano accent, Sergio Momesso makes for bad radio.
Biggest homer ever: Jack Edwards (NESN) he makes me despise living in Connecticut and amplifies my deep rooted hate of the Bruins.

Favorite color guys are Weekes and Ferraro. Mike Johnsson is actually pretty good too.
Favorite analysts are Bob Mckenzie, Pierre Lebrun, and Kelly Hrudy.
Favorite anthem singers are Rene Rancourt from Boston, and Mark Donnely from canucks

Favourite National Broadcaster(s): Gary Thorne and Darren Pang. Of course, Pang only does occasional national work and the only hockey Thorne does anymore is the the Frozen Four and the EA NHL series games.
Favourite Regional Broadcaster(s): It's been a couple years since I've seen any regional guys other than the Jackets crew, which is terrible.
Most Biased: Jack Edwards in Boston, hands down.
Funniest: Definitely agree with Joe about Moller in Florida being the funniest. Interesting note: he was part of the Good Friday Brawl between Quebec and Montreal.

Dick Irvin Jr. Hands down my favorite announcer of all time.
.
Irvin was (is) a walking encyclopedia of Habs history, and - unlike a lot of announcers or his era - he wasn't afraid to call out bad plays or calls by the refs. A very distinctive voice as well, which I liked. One limitation, though, was that he was not terribly appreciated by non-Habs fans, who got annoyed by his specialization in the Habs - as I dsicovered when I praised him to a Toronto fan, only to be harshly rebuked.
Nonetheless, if you're a Habs fan, you couldn't do better.

i miss Danny Gallivan
Sobbing uncontrollably in Toronto...
I really like the crew at RDS, and they haved improved my francais un petit peu.
I don't pay attention to the other guys sufficiently to make an informed comment. Cole did have a hockey guy tone about him, but nothing cannonating.
