I have to add, though, that Begin is like Carbonneau in the sense that a certain segment of the media and fanbase have irrationally attacked Bob for getting rid of him, without any apparent reference to actual performance. Arguably, Metropolit brings more on a nightly basis; and even if he doesn't, Begin is too fragile and too limited to be all THAT valuable to anything other than the awful team we were when we picked him up.
He's a great guy in the sense that Bouillon is: an adequate role player, ultimately.
