Shaw is a guy the gets you through. Eller was a guy that got us there but did not get us there last year, that was the reason for the trade. Eller and Shaw have similar cap hits. Shaw will be a major pest along with Gallagher in the playoffs.

I however would be over the moon if the Habs won the Cup with whomever was coaching even if I disagreed with every decision he made. With the parity in the league and 29 teams to beat every year I would give any coach that won a cup a 5-7 year cushion where I wouldn't fire him regardless of how the team preformed.

I for one am very happy to see him back in the lineup. He deserves every second of ice time he has got this year. I don't believe I have even seen him take a shift off. I love his ability to compete for loose pucks, I love the way he contributes at both ends of the ice he is absolute revelation for a player many believe should be sent to Hamilton. #Foundmoney
