Iam not sold on markov as Captain and i got a bad feeling we could see him on another team next season..aka washington....

i also like Gorges or Cammalleri but things we would have to lock gorges up for 4-5 years.... I think a D-man would make a better C in montreal because the dumb favs wouldnt get all over him if he dont score ever night...

i agree with most of what u said but i hope ak46 is the one that is surpase and it eller and pouliot that are the 2 top six players we been waiting for and we trade ak46..

i would think we give the young guys a chances....i could see a trade if one of them cant get the job done...

if we lose price and has to sign theo i would be a little pissed...Theo as really not been a numer one goalie in years and always lose his job to young guys so i dont see him ever coming back..If the GM had any plans of nothing signing price iam sure we would of sign Antti Niemi...I dont think price is playing hard ball, i think its more of how long the deal well be..same thing that is going on with bobby ryan..

You are so right..I never understand the love kovalev got and the hate fans had for koivu..Kovalev is know to be a over rated head case, with great talent but to lazy to use it..Koivu as worked his ass off, great in the community, and friends with some of the best players in the game..This alone makes me sad as a habs fan.. IF so call fans cheer for the blues to beat us then they are not fans of the team their fans of their opinion...

I agree...he played good for us but come on its time to move on...I dont think CHI fans are crying this much about losing the goalie that won the cup...

I agree the fan base as gone down hill..Iam not sure what the reason as been because even when we had alot of bad years, i have never seen the fan base this bad... I really belive Price is being chase out of town by the media and fan base which is werid because his number are pretty good for a 22 year old and i think he as done a pretty good job with all the stuff he had to put up with in montreal..Another werid thing is most fans out side of montreal thinks price is the really deal and that he need time..so that leads me to think that the french media is all over him and that what most of the bandwagon fans in montreal see... Another thing i was thinking is it all the quebec nordiques fans that jump ship that is causing the problam? I dont really know the problam but we as fans really need to show our young players we got there back...

i was really hoping we would of pick up Raffi Torres- LW, for 1mil he would of been a useful player

And another: "The Canucks have a prospect in mind, and still have interest in clearing space to pick up a UFA."

I hope we trade AK before the season starts..I dont like the guy at all..I know he as skill but i dont think he fits in to this team.. If we keep him for the season i think a couple bad things might happen...he could suck again and lose all value, HE could light it up and then we would have to over pay for one good season and making him hard to move because as we seen this year no one whats to take on cap.. I think teams might take a chane on him later in the summer...

I never understand that...I think with some francaphone players in montreal they are looked at by fans as God like and the player let it go to their head and party like rock stars...

Gomez is over paid but he still a good player....u keep looking at the point but you got to take in everthing else gomes does PK, leadership,fight, cup wins etc...HE just lead this team past the 2 best teams in the east in the playoff and this was his first year and you what to dump him...but who do u get to replace him???? you find all the problems with the team..how about the good? how do we fix these problems? you think we got it bad look at Tampa bay players and their deals and where they finish last few years...

Mike Cammalleri loves playing in montreal and came here as UFA...HE got my Vote...But sign Gorges and give him a A

I think almost everone knew the habs were not that good..I always hated and though komi and kovalev was over rated and to this day blames alot of the dressing room problams on kovlev,we need him to be a leader, that never happen...I think Koivu really try but with UFA not whating to come here he never got the help he so much needed to take this team to the next level...I was never sure what happen to Theodore but feel it was his home life..after most of these guys left they really never did anything so how good were they? I think the new habs are more team players and i hate to say this but with the new NA look as work out for us....

i know but i still think the team would be as good with out him, so i would trade him now and have his cap off the books and if a trade comes up in the season you have cap room to take on a cap...Having cap room is big in this new NHL

iam start to think it might be a good idea to save a few $ and let the the young guys fight it out for the top 2 lines..we should trade AK and get him off the books as i dont see him long term with the team..this is hammer last year so next season we should have some money to spend..

i really hope pouliot is at the gym all summer... i like everything i hear about Eller, i cant wait to watch him play...WE need Pacioretty to take it bring his game up..I think pyatt and boyd well do all the little things..

I really feel theirs a trade in the works....

ithink asham is a great 3rd 4th line guy and as been around a while and can set the pace for the young guys...I think he could really help maxime learn his role

i would like torries but dont what to lose moen, but i wouldnt mine 2.5mil on a one year deal....
