I agree, it’s a great move by our organization. I have to say that we could have only dreamt about it last season. It’s a very good example for each player in Hamilton. You play great, you get your well deserved reward. Also, I think that this guy is very underrated and he is not much worse than Mike Ribeiro… Well, we’ll see tomorrow what he is worth of :ghg:

I guess it was the most boring game of yesterday. We should have gotten 2 points against Cats; however we should give some credit to Florida they didn’t deserve to lose this one. Feel sorry for Rivet, he did have pretty good game and screwed up at the end….was it a penalty or not it doesn’t really matter right now. He got it and that’s why we lost 1 very important point against more than average team. The best players in our team were: Bulis,Koivu. Ryder and Boullion had pretty good game as well.Rivet should be traded ASAP, at least right now we can get something valuable in exchange. The guy is useless -8 so far and it’s going to continue I don’t see how we are going to survive against Tampa :?-

I didn’t mean to say that Niklas is top offensive talent and he has to play at 1st or 2 line. All I wanted to say that he could be very useful when you put him with players like Perreault, Ribeiro. Both have problems playing defensive game and having Niklas along side they would be more effective and Niklas would have the opportunity to his game and to earn some points. To play with The Greatest one is a an honor for every player. And now tell me why did Niklas deserve it? Moreover, if Julien wants to continue to play trap, the defensive-minded Niklas will be more useful than Perreault and Ribeiro whose offensive production is not perfect either. Don’t get me wrong I don’t say that Niklas is a better hockey player than those two. I’m trying to show that we underrate his abilities a bit. Everything written no more than (IMO)

I know that the game was two days ago, but I would like to say a few thoughts. -The worst game for Bulis. That’s not because he got -3 at the end. He didn’t fight for a puck well, looked completely lost. -Canucks didn’t play at their best. I say they used 60% of the real power which was more than enough to kill us. -Best game for Markov. He still hesitates in offensive area but his play on own zone is amazing. -Sandstom is a new journey man. -Claude is a bit confused where to put Sandstrom and De .Both are useless in 4 th line and can contribute to the 2nd. -Theodore was just terrible. How many juicy rebounds he allowed that night???He could have been saved us in first three goals Just to let you know I’m one of those rare fans that think Garon is better. puck7x, your post is too emotional but I like when people say what they really feel and it makes people to reply on you message. First off all I want to say that I'm huge fan of Bouillon. And that's not because he is very talented D-man, he has something that most of our players lack-heart! He can stand up for his teammate any moment. Sometimes even Langdon hesitate to start fighting when it’s needed. And most surprising thing that I notice about Frankie is his speed. Man, is he the fastest d-man in our roster? May be not, but surely one of them. I don’t like the idea putting him in PP, however if I had a choice between him and Rivet my choice would be Bouillon. Sandstrom is very good player believe it or not. But our coach use him improperly. How can Sand play in the 4th line with checking line players like Langdon or Begin? The guy can’t simply hit. He looks really out of place when his partners start hitting. However, he is one of our best penalty killers and is really good skater. Give him a chance with offensive line.Sharks wasted his talent and we have started doing it. He is still able to put good numbers.

I really doubt Atlanta would make such deal. What kind of player do they need? Power forvard for 3-4 line? or for the scoring one? Guess what...Odett can't do either job.Waste of space and money. There is only one hope:Bob would buy him out following summer.
