  1. As per the team 990 and RDS. Grabo sent down. http://www.rds.ca/canadien/chroniques/241687.html
  2. Hopefully Higgins can start playing like a prime winger because lately he has really been looking like Jan Bulis out there. It will be interesting to see how these line ups work out. I am optimistic though and I think Kovalev can have a big game on the first line.
  3. As per CKAC and Markov79fan on HF boards. Lines for tonight might look something like this. higgins-plekanec-kovalev kostitsyn-graboski-ryder streit-koivu-smolinski latendresse-chipchura-dandenault Carbo is really trying something new. Saku on the third line.
  4. Lets go Bombers. I used to go to every labour day game when I lived in Sask and cheered for the Bombers with my dad. Everyone else in my family are Massive Riders fans and my grandpa has had season tickets for like a bizzillian years. SO GO BOMBERS GO.
  5. I was at the game last Friday and it was not pretty. They better put on a far better performance that they did last week.
  6. It's going to take a much better effort tonight from the Habs but they can do it. GO HABS GO.
  7. Well that was very dissapointing all around tonight. The Crowd didn't seen into it, Pierre on RDS was sick and didn't seem into it. In what was such a key divisional game the Habs really came out flat again. I think that Montreal is really starting to show signs that they are getting away from or struggling in the area that gave them so much success in the past weeks. This being good team defence and goaltending. Huet did not play awful tonight but he gave up some goals at bad times. The team defence is not what is was for whatever reason. Breezby has really started to struggle out there in his last few games. Streit as well seems lost out there and is really losing his man. The amount of odd man rushes aginst the Canadiens tonight was also really shocking. I know Ottawa is a high powered team that can do that kind of thing to you but in the 2 games aginst Ottawa this season the Habs have been really good at shutting them down. The Habs so far this season have been built around a strong defence that does not give up these kinds of chances to anyone. The thing that is worrying is that in the last three games against Buffalo, Boston and now Ottawa cracks are showing in the team D and teams are starting to get lots of odd man rushes against the Habs. As well the opposition seems to be getting a lot of wide open chances in front of goal because players are not picking up their man. On the offence the first line is really frustrating to watch. They work just as hard if not harder then any line on the team but cannot score. Higgins and Ryder should be able to score a lot of goals but it is just not clicking. I think Gorges needs to see more time on defence instead of Breezby and they need to shore up their defence and they cannot slack on their defensive resonsibilities. I usually look for good things out of a loss but tonight it is hard to. It is starting to feel like after a great start to the season this team is starting to take steps backwards when they should be improving.
  8. The Habs really need to kill off this penalty and score next or I think this one is over...
  9. I think the Habs will win this one. They have played the Sens hard all season and I think it will pay off tomorrow night. The Habs will get last change and have home ice advantage. I just read Montreal has won 5 of the last 7 against Ottawa at home as well, so hopefully some of that success can carry over to tomorrow night. GO HABS GO.
  10. I tried to get tickets last week but could not
  11. No excuse for failure. A victory is a must to keep pace with Ottawa.
  12. I noticed he said that as well and had a good laugh.
  13. I think we won last Superbowl Sunday but people are right the Habs are brutal in the afternoon. I will be at the game GO HABS GO.
  14. I've lived in Ottawa for the last four years while I have been going to school here and think its a great city (if you can look past the fact the Sens play here )
  15. I am pretty certain Rask will be in goal for Boston tonight. I think Boston will be out for Revenge tonight so the Habs have to come out flying. GO HABS GO.
