I'm just not much of a DIAGO fan. I don't see that he brings much to the table. Small, doesn't play physical, struggles defensively. Mind you i thought he had an OK game tonite.

Very strong period by the Habs. Like what Pouliot brings to the table playing with G and G. Kinda scary when Price handles the puck. Sometimes he is getting too cute and should just play it into a safe area.

I agree 100% with the 20 guys you have in the lineup with Mara, Diago and Laraque scratched. I do see Martin putting Mara in for OB though. And i would tinker with the lines a little bit, but yours are pretty close to mine. Diago is pretty much useless in my books and Laraque is too slow to bring anything to the table.

I am very happy that the Habs won, but it was not very deserved. Tx to Halak, the Habs stole 2 points. With the exception of a few minutes in the 1st period the Habs were thoroughly dominated. Leafs were all over them. Either the system is god awful or the players just are floating. I am sick of seeing a lack of coverage on the points. So many times the pointman is oncovered and keeps the pressure on. 4 wins in a row, but only for Halak. God awful hockey to watch.

Wow, 5-1 Habs. Missed some of the 1st period but nice to see the boys get the offense going. I wondered about having Metro on the PP, but 2 nice ones tonite. Even Pouliot seems to have some jump out there. Anything else happy to have Diago off the 2nd line. Looks like his days as a habs will be numbered. Doesn't do much to impress me. Gomez even has 3 helpers. And what a difference Marky makes on the back end, even with that one terrible giveaway.

Halak sure stole 2 points tonite. And Pleks with a stellar 4 point effort.

I wonder why i haven't read anyone questioning why Gainey traded a healthy Lats for an injured Pouliot. Could he not have waited til at least Pouliout was healthy. Gotta question the smarts of this.

Ugly start to the game. The Sens have the Habs bottled up in their zone constantly. 2 shots so far. Blahhhhhhhhhhhh. Got the Habs 4th line still looks pitiful.

I'll bet Chips does not see the ice again. I've been patient with him, but -2 and turned it over on the 2nd goal. He has been pretty much useless this season. His stay as a habs will be numbered if he keeps this up.

I believe it was a short-term conditioning stint.

I've never been a big Diago fan and would much rather see SK in the lineup instead. Maybe have both with injuries, but once the boys are healthy i see very little use for Diago. Ship him out for a middle round draft pick.

My lineup: Cammalleri/Plekanec/A.Kostitsyn Poulliot/Gomez/Gionta Pacioretty/Lapierre/S.Kostitsyn Moen/Metropolit/Laraque Chipchura Markov/O'byrne Hamrlik/Spacek Gorges/Gill Mara, Bergeron(dress 7 d-man instead of Laraque majority of time, then double shift Cammy or AK or run 3 lines and alternate the 3rd and 4th lines with spot duty) send down Pyatt and White waived and then sent down Leach, Stewart, D'Agostini

I see all the hype about Pyatt and White, but i am far from sold on Pyatt and i haven't been overly impressed with Pyatt as anything more than a marginal 4th liner at best. The guy has yet to register a point and is racking up the minuses. Such a sad state that lotsa posters are hearalding him as such a good 3rd liner. Ya he can skate, but i wanna see much more. I'll take SK any day over those two.

Wow, what a 3rd period. The Habs were finally skating and took it to the Jackets. Thru the 1st 30 mintues, they looked horrible and a step behind the play. Have to thank Price for keeping the Habs in this one. Max Pac looked great in the 3rd with his speed. And Sergie K got his 1st point of the season. Only played 9 minutes, but looked good as the game went on. Nice to see JM trust SK out late in the game. His skill level is evident and im hoping he keeps it up.

I have to admit i dont really see what people see in the likes of White and Pyatt. Ya, maybe they skate hard and try hard, but their skill level is that of an AHL player. Habs not gonna be contenders with too many guys like that in the lineup. No wonder they draw few penalties. At least with Kovy, he drew lotsa penalties. Hope i am wrong

Habs keep this up and it will end 7-2. Should have legs, but are a step behind. Hope i'm wrong.

F.... 2-1 Jackets. Get an early break and look what happens. Good ole Habs special teams suck again.

Talentwise it looks like the Habs have a pretty poor lineup in tonite, one of the worst i've seen, but who knows with a lotta hard work they might be able to pull this one out. Need a huge game from Pleks, AK and Cammy. Look forward to seeing SK play tonite. Hope he doesn't dissappoint.

It's about time. Guess BG was trying to teach him a lesson. Hope he plays like i know he can and brings some scoring and grit to the Habs. Go Sergei Go.

Wow, i know Gui is struggling, but to give up on him so early seems bad to me. I know Pouliot was a high draft pick, but this could come back to haunt the Habs.

4th line scored on again. Is it just me or is the Habs 4th line like the worst in the league. Must have given up at least 10 goals at even strength so far this year. What a joke. Really good to see Stewart back in the lineup, i sure he has some use even though i have yet to see it.
