Yep and how many giveaways had MAB had in the game?? Martin needs to get over his personel vendetta with SK74 and ice the lineup that give the habs the best chance to win. The habs need to play 5 dmen and restrict MAB to PP time. I just hope to hell that Martin doesn't have them sit back trying to protect a 1 goal lead in the third!

I think Martin is the lost idiot who keeps throwing him out there! as I just said in another post, makes no sense to be dressing Darche AND Maxwell ahead of Sk74. When Subban is the best dman on the team it really shows how BAD the habs D really is While I've always hated senile Bob, its Healy and Hrudy that are getting on my nerves. I guess they are both still bitter about 1993! It also doesn't help that they are both based in TO now. It's unbelievalbe that in the 1st intermission they were discussin which goalie should have been playing, when they should have been questioning Martin's other lineup decisions.

It's amazing they came back and took the lead - Gomez should have made it 3-1, but man do I hate Martin. Its unbelievable that SK74 is sitting and Darche and Maxell are playing. For Fxxcks sakes - MAXWELL - the guy wasn't able to prove he belonged during the reuglar season and he is playing???? MAB makes 3 clean give-aways and doesn't miss a shift, SK74, make a single mistake and his ass is glued ot the pressbox. I know we are short of Dman, but either we have to call up someone (I'm assuming an emergency callup would be allowed), but we CANNOT afford to have MAB have a regualr shift on D.

With Markov out they can play darche anyway, but I'd rather get SK74 in the lineup. He is better on the PK and we can't use the same PK approach as they did against the Caps.

Sigh- Subban makes a great play to keep the puck in the Pens zone and MAB makes a bonehead giveaway play and the pens score the empty netter :puke:

I don't get Gomez - why the hell does he always rough it up with no names. If he is going to get rough - get rough with Malkin, Crosby or Goncher. We got the PP this time, but really, he really has to pick his spots better.

+1 I'd like to see Laps really start to take some runs at Crosby and Malkin rather then just yap at them.

We aren't in Kansas anymore... er washington. These guys throw the puck around much better then the caps. their whole PP was built around Ovechkin and he doesn't use his teammates the way Crosby and Malkin do. Gill is suited to play that one dimenstional Caps one dimensional attack. The Pens speed and passing is exposing him the way saw during the regular season.

They should have pulled Halak to get him some rest and protect his confidence.

I think they should start getting Pleks some time with Gionta and Cammy every now and then and then double shft Cammy with G&G. Damn another penalty At this point, if they are going to take penalties, I'd rather see them take a run at some of the Pens the way the Pens have been doing all night to the Habs.

Hopefully he can get them going. But I'd like to see Cammy double shifted with G&G

As much as i'd like to sit out AK46 next game, we can't afford it. May as well nail him to the bench tonight to send the message. But we really need some skill in the lineup - particularly with markov gone. And hey- wasn't game 2 his big game last round?? At least Pens have lost Stall - hopefully its serious!! Good job Subban!!

He is - but unfortunately the only good thing about his play is that unlike AK46, we haven't really been able to notice Pouliot.

Is there any other Dman we can call up from the Bulldongs?? Carle??? I know we have used up our 3 callups, but wouldn't losing Markov and Spacek allow an emergency callup???

Why is it that for every habs broadcast on the CBC we get stuck with all these leaf loving anti-habs play-by play guys and commenters??? I absolutely hate Healy!!

If they can win the first won without Markov - WOW!!! They got the goal with the MAB-Subban pair, but that's really not a teamup I want to see too much!!

Unless Bergeron tees it up and lets it go he adds absoltely nothing and is a liablity. Don't know what the habs can do on the PP without Markov though. Maybe play in SK with PK? PK and Bergeron really looked awkward together. YES!! Cammy!

The forwards have to start finishing their checks on the Pens D were at least 8 instances - 4 alone for AK46 and Laps letting up when the had the Pens Dmen lined up. You have to hit them hard the way the Pens are hitting everything. Its a moot point though if Markov is out for any length of time :puke: Damn 3-0. May as well pull Halak right now. No use leaving him in for this.
