  1. Not true3! this forum is the last to know any habs info! I am offering the best for both forums! I have a total NHL forum but I am a total HABS FAN! and if you look @ my forum it is the most used the most viewed forum on my board! And as you stated summer time is not dead on muy board ! it is thriving! I just started this board 8-9 weeks ago and the love on the board is wicked! I will only keep this offer open for so long because I really really like this site and I already have one of your mods! he has been with me since I started my site and posts alot more on my site than this, so what does that tell you? c'mon think what the potential will be for HW!
  2. I agee with what you say but wouldn't you want to be the 1st site to have 1st hand info? Your the last! unfortunatley. I see what your forum is striving for but damn it man I have never seen a site that doesn't want better things for it! I love the Habs with a passion and I am surprised that you don't want more for Habs World! What a great site with so much potential and fortunatley you have a couple of great writers for your cover page, because if you didn't have Dan your site would be dead! You should honestly reconcider my offer, I am only offering great things for this site and I know that if you do this YOUR forum will be more popular than Fanhome,Metro,Habsrus and in due time as a team we will be as popular as HF Boards! One thing is a certain, if we join as a team with the amount of habs posters that I get, we WILL be as dangerous and more exciting then HF! And that is a promise! if you are not sure of what to do then please consort with your other consorties! cause this is most definatley the best for your forum! Let me tell you I have ppl come from all of the above forums to copy and paste 1st hand info for their sites! well I'm not going to beg you, take it or leave it, your forums future has a potential so that is my offer!
  3. the info that you guy's get is ALWAYS after every habs board has already posted it , and that is unfortunate. you guys have great writers and a wicked web page but the fact remains the same! I will offer a hyper link to this board plus a scrolling Habsworld banner on my MAIN page if you put my link on your page. Believe me this will benifit your page more than my page by a long shot, I just want to see every habs site thrive in every way! In just over 2 months I have amassed over 500 members with about 1-200 valadating, about 60%are Habs fans! this I know because I have 2 habs sites before this full NHL board that I own and I have about 400 habs members on the 2 other sites. So if Habs world would like to possibly get a ton of new habs members it would be in both of our interests to link with eachother! The bonus for you is that, like I said you will give me a banner so I can have it scroll across my main page and that will give you traffick. If you want to view my site before you make your decision it is located @ www.NHLHotTopics.tk Thank you for your concideration! HF69 [Edited on 2005-7-26 by puck7x]
  4. Traverse, we could have kept. The Bulldogs aren't just a team for developing players. It's good to see them win, and those players would have helped. At least some of them. And Gratton is gone. :nono: TRAVERSE????? What are you thinking man [Edited on 2004/7/3 by habsfan69]
  5. Love the avatar!:guru: also whats the deal with the flags under the avatars one day I'm American then the next I'm Japanese [Edited on 2004/7/3 by habsfan69]
  6. Good riddance to them all and make room for the stars of the Habs future!!!!
  7. Good move it's a 2 way contract is it not?
  8. You will never see Zednik on that line, Zednik is useless without Koivu :nono:
  9. I think he will do an awesome job as a 3rd line center!
  10. I'm sorry to see him leave but it's about time! I'll miss the fact that he really loved being a habs and always stuck up for his teammates. But this move makes a full time position for Komisarek and free's up cash for other UFA's
  11. We did awesome over the weekend! Bonk as a #3 center and Huet as a backup! Garon deserved the chance to be a #1 somewhere, and with Theo in net it was not going to happen in Montreal, If Theo had another bad season like the year before last we would still have Garon, So basically we traded an above average backup goalie that sits on the bench for 85% of the year for a big consitant 20+ goalscorer who is a great 2 way player, Don't forget Rollie Mellanson <spell check) is a great teacher and will only make Huet a much better player IMO. also Garon was to make 1.whatever million next year and Huet is cheaper and younger.
  12. We were close to landing Kovalchuk? Damn
  13. What would you give up for him?
  14. Certainly they are not a fluke team, but if we had a defence we would have won or @ least still be playing:puke:
  15. I wonder how many nay sayers there are:P
  16. Who cares they are not out of the 2nd round yet!
  17. What is it going to take to get these bozo's to clear the zone properly! god damn how much time do these players actually need It happened again tonight.
  18. Well he took the blame for his lackluster play in the post season so let's see if he can back it up on the ice:hockey:
  19. I can't get used to it:nono: I live just west of Toronto and it seems to me that they will do a profile on every team BUT the Habs, unless there is a fight @ practice or some wild hockey drama! It's certainly a disgrace, and yes that is all you will hear about for 3 weeks "what went wrong with the Loafs" HEY CBC:-^
  20. CBC "Hockey Night In Canada" Anti-Canadiens? Faceoff Magazine.com Say it isn't so. Tell me I was dreaming when the gang at CBC's Hockey Night in Canada confirmed my lingering thoughts about their bias against Les Canadiens. Allow me to clarify. On Sunday, April 18th I was watching game six of the Leafs/Senators game on CBC. At the break they did a segment on the Habs/Bruins series. The segment was approximately five minutes in length and their coverage, to my disbelief, was from a Boston Bruins fan perspective. The entire segment consisted of interviews from Bruins players and coach Sullivan. No voice from a Habs player could be heard other than a brief five second interview with Claude Julien to end the segment. Am I missing something? Isn't this suppose to be a "Canadian" program on a Canadian station telling Canadian hockey fans about Canadian teams? Shouldn't they, instead, have told Canada about one of five Canadian teams in the playoffs who are on the brink of making a gut-wrenching comeback against the second seeded Bruins? Excuse me Ron MacLean, Canada wants to know about the Montreal Canadiens and their thoughts on game 7, not Don Cherry's Bears. As a program that doesn't hide their bias of their beloved Toronto Maple Leafs would it have killed them to say something good about the Canadiens? I'm in shock. The CBC should be ashamed of themselves choosing to cover the Boston Bruins and asking them what it will take to defeat the Montreal Canadiens when they should have been showing interviews of Saku Koivu and the gang and their take on the approaching game 7. I have one question. If the Leafs were playing Tampa Bay in the first round do you think they give five minutes of coverage to Tampa and five seconds to the Leafs? I don't think so. No one in Canada cares about Tampa.
  21. He is still is a crosscheck king and I hope he keeps his stick to himself in game 7 Go Komi Go!
