Our defense is absolutely terrible 27 shots thru 2 periods, but it's not just this game. It's been al year and im f'ing sick of all the turnovers, bad plays, confusion, and just plain bull shit. O'byrne has been terrible, he would struggle with Hamilton right now. Gorges has not been nearly as good as last year. Komisarek has the same hits/blocked shots and that but he is not the same. Komo gets beat to the puck, he makes bad passes and turns it over as much as Obyrne. Breezer has been breezer, not physical, just average or slightly below. Boo boo has been alright and a 5th or 6th Dman at best. Hammer and Marky have been the lone bright spots back there but their partners have both been poor. I don't know what it is going to take. A trade, maybe, but I bet we will have to wait to the deadline. Call up/Send down, maybe as well, but who? Belle has been doing good in Hamilton but I don't think he is NHL ready. O'Byrne deserves a send down, he is 6'6 and hasn't laid one guy out yet. Use your size, that is probably why your in the NHL. Even as bad as it is now, at least our future is bright with Valentanko, McDonaugh, Fisher, Belle, Subban, Emilin, Weber, etc. We have great prospects, so maybe a trade won't be so bad... Thoughts?

I remember and saved the interview to a hard drive, that Laraque was asked his thoughts on the flyers rough play during the end of the game (Oct. 13th, Laraque was still hurt). Georges laughed and said he will get his chance at these guys 3 more times. So if that has any indiction, BGL will try extra hard to get something going, I hope.

Actually (as stated earlier) there is definitely something he can do. If BGL plays physical, finishes checks gets on star players, than some idiot will have to dance.

I figured that, and if anyone else said that I would definitely get the joke, but from his comments about Lats' performence last night led me to believe he may be serious.

I'm serious. We are one of, maybe THE fastest team in the league. BGL at 260 brings down our 4th liners especially when Laps and Kosto are on it as they are among our fastest. This would help him alot if he can trim to 240 come playoffs (I know its unrealistic, but it may happen if he is up for it).

In BGL's interview, he sounded frustrated. He said what Lucic did was disresoectful, childish and stated you don't do that in the NHL, that's for Junior hockey. Also, he asked Chara to go. That would be a good fight, and trade off.

On a bit of a side note, I'd definitely consider calling up Stewart. 3 goals, 4 assists and watch this Stewart!

If Laraque doesn't fight or hit hard (SHOW SOME ######ING EMOTION AND HEART) then I will have given up on one of my favourite, now most frustrating player. And if he drops 'em with Cote, he may not even win BGL needs to go on a diet, and earn his paycheck.

Well, no luck finding the game From the boards it sounds like we're playing amazing. Got some questions for you guys: What happened with Ruutu? Price tested? Playing good? How is the Kovy line doing? Rough game? No Laraque fight yet? Good to see Higgy and Lats get on the scoresheet.
