We need a guy designated for the front of the net. Screening, rebounds, crasshing. Then you get shots shots from decent areas, and some will go in. We are too "fancy" amd pass way too much.

I agree Joe. If you score, then its a 2 goal game. You got momentum. Take the Islanders game for example when we cameback and won in the third.

I don't think it's jealousy, rather, I think it is his attitude people hate, including myself. Like the Habs and Cherry, Pierre is a hate him or love him kinda guy. There is no in between. I for one am on the Hate him side of the boat. He is wrong on a lot of plays, take the Plex no-goal vs Detroit for example. Pierre stated it was in about 3 times before realizing he was wrong. He credits the grinders too much. And they way he responded about the BGL vs Lucic conflict was the final straw for me. I give respect for commentators/analysts where it is due (Cuthbert, Hughson, Maclean, McKenzie, Dreger, Koulius, Ludzik, and others) but I can't keep my mouth shut about how much I can't stand the idiots on the air (Cherry, McGuire, PJ Stock, Buffalo announcer, and a few others). On game topic now, I hope we can cool down Ovechkin and Semin. I would love to see Diago score and let's hope Halak has a good one. :ghg:

ForumGhost. You should go on habsinsideout when you need info. They are usually on the ball and have good player interviews once in a while. They said he should be in for Friday's game and took practise off for a therapy day.

My dad said something I found interesting: If a Dman is passing to his goalie in his own end (even if he is there), don't you look at the goalie. It is a cardinal rule. So if he looked (which it seemed), he must have horrible aim. I feel for the kid... I was thinking that, but what if he missed, the crowd would REALLY get on him then.
