Hmmm...
Trading value? This season? I think we should wait and see what happens. There's a lockout hanging over us and I really hope that Gainey keeps Perreault.
-
What's the line-up?
Here's what I thinks...
Zednik - Koivu - Audette
Sundtröm - Perreault - Bulis
Hossa - Juneau - Dackell
Kilger - Ribeiro - Dwyer
-
would anybody wish to see our most reliable scorer (Perreault) be traded?
I think Perreault would be the perfect match with Niklas Sundström...

MoDo is doing business. Again.
In a couple of years MoDo will have one of the best team team outside NHL.
Maybe as good as a NHL team.
Andreas "Salle" Salomonsson, Washington Capitals signed a 4 year deal with MoDo today.
MoDo, the club that bought Daniel and Henrik Sedin, Peter Forsberg, Markus Näslund, Mattias Weinhandl, Andreas Eriksson, Pierre Hedin, Hans Jonsson, Samuel Phålsson, Niklas Sundström, Per Svartvadet and Mattias Timander are building a team that could really be interesting.
The are counting on having Forsberg back in a few years. And when Forsbergs leaves the NHL more will follow.
-
from Edmonton Oilers has signed with MoDo.

But I saw Petrov play in Switzerland and sure he was one of the better players but realize that that the Swizz leauge was no better than... hmm... Can't think of any.
And he didn't dominate. He was the best player on the ice but so would Juha Lind also if he played in Switzerland.
-
... for the third time of his career.
Or was that old news?
-
Have you seen Petrov play in the Swiss leauge?
Or are you just quoting someone?
Gretzky?
Petrov played well but to compare him with Gretzky... Na.
-
He is heading overseas but not to play for Västra Frölunda.
Calle will be working as a scout in Europe for Washington Capitals.
-
Calle said to the Swedish newspaper Göteborgsposten today that he won't play for a team thats not in the race for the cup.
He also said that the only club for him to play in if he comes back to Sweden it's Västra Frölunda.
Calle Johansson had a meeting with Frölundas coach Conny Evensson yesterday and all the experts places him in Västra Frölunda the coming season.
-
It's official.
Per Svartvadet is under contract with MoDo. Sweden.
-
-
All the newspapers wrote about it, text-tv and it was on the sports broadcast.
Heres a link if you want...

Oui. That's right.
-
Just read that Montreal will play an outdoor-NHL game vs. Edmonton next season...
Can anyone with more information confirm this?
-
Kallio is staying in Sweden. Västra Frölunda.
Niclas Kronwall and Mattias Tjärnqvist has signed NHL contracts.
Kronwall with Deitroit and Tjänqvist with Dallas. Mattias older brother Daniel plays for Atlanta.
Per-Anton Lundström is also ready for Dallas.
Transactions from Sweden is now closed.
Peter Nordström turned Boston down during the last hour.
I think Kronwall will be succesfull. He won't be a star but a solid defencemen.
Anyone remembering me talking about Pierre Hedin? He will play in Toronto next season. Not a new Lidström but could be something...

FEDOROV!
oh sorry....
Hmmm... I would like to bring Pascal Rheume.
Dunno why, but I just like the idea of having him...
-
Don't know if I can take it...
My favourite player a duck. QUACK! Can't be...
And I alos wonder what Anaheim are up to? Why spend all the Karya-money on Fedorov when they need deepth?
-
I hope that Sergei listen to his father and comes to Montreal.
Anything new?
-
What happened to The Fourt Period?

Kalashnikov.

Well...
Hammarby is giving a go on Elitserien. They also aquired Trygg who defenitvly could make it on a elitserie team.
Isn't former Montreal-player Zarley Zalapski alos in Hammarby?

Niklas Anger and Kim Staal is not NHL caliber.
Anger is too soft and Staal has seen his best days.
Staal is not a prospect even more and he just signed a new deal with Malmö IF.
Anger is too small and as someone mentioned, soft.
The best prospect Montreal has in Sweden is Leksands defender Johan Eneqvist. Could be solid if he keep on developing.
And just to mention... Habs also have the rights to Frölundas Peter Ström... Born in 75.
(Ehrem... Ho said that Zetterberg would be a Calder candidate over a year ago?...)
Boston to let Berard go?

Veteran?
I could see Berard fit in Montreal. Just like Ace Venture would have said: Like a glove.
