Given MB's affinity to Chicago players, what would it take to get him? Seems to me a step in the right direction, as far as filling needs.

I would maintain that they have been undermanned at center as far back as 2003 and maybe as far back as their last Stanley Cup. You are right about MB's disregard for the center position the last four years. he himself may have thought he had got it right with Galchenyuk and Danault. He didn't. I believe that if he would spend half the time looking for centers as he spends looking for defenceman, that he wouldn't be in such a pickle.

I'll drive shotgun just to make sure it happens. I expect we all think that that is fair value. In a free market place, I think we are a tad light.

This will be a discussion for a long time, as always. I do appreciate Julien getting all his charges into action and keeping them fresh. This will pay dividends in the course of a long playoff run. I remember Therrien leaving marginal players on the bench for weeks and months on end and wondering why they couldn't play when they got into lineup. We are going to need everyone at their best.

Las Vegas would have to over pay to get Radulov because he knows he will be up for market value anywhere. Why would he go to a start up team unless LV upped the ante.

I don't think there is enough time between now and the trade deadline to figure out what this team is. We might have to admit that selling may be in our best option. Also, if the right deal came in for Radulov wouldn't you have to consider a move, if he is going to be hard to resign or so expensive you lose somebody else to the cap?

I believe Gallant is still out there. IMHO, Sly should have been fired three years ago.

Sly has got the boys in position to miss another playoff year which makes it five/six years in a row. I seriously doubt that Sly will be around to coach the new Rockets. Shame on all of them, if that comes to fruition.

As Don puts it, we all hope Shaw smartens up. We got him at 3.9M till 2022. Are we going to have the same difficulty getting rid of Shaw, if push runs into shove?

Just me-- but I actually like Riberio better than Shaw-- as of today you can have him for nothing? Will be interesting how far he goes down before somebody grabs him.
