Priceless. Couldn't agree more. The mere prospect of Markov back out there in a Habs uniform is enough to make me weepy. And I cannot adequately describe how excited I am to see him play with Emelin. Imagine!!

Not at all. I love Pleks, but even I get the sense from him that he just doesn't like playing the point either. And I don't blame him. The man does everything but play goalie. Markov better come back quickly.

Incidentally was at the game against the Bruins... where the most exciting thing that happened was the crazy brawl in the stands. And Emelin and Cole hits. The rest was a bit of a snooze, like the teams feeling each other out and then the game never actually started.

Came home from work in time for the third, so I only saw the Habs when they looked good. Was terrified of Price in the shootout, happy he finally won one. Give him confidence to stop the shooters next time, without relying on goalposts (although those are nice too, not complaining). I thought Weber and Emelin made a couple of nice moves and were sharp defensively from what I saw. Moen... my dad calls him Rocket Moen, as in Richard. Glad he's producing, because otherwise I really think he's that awesome.

What a game! The best part about it was the way Cole flipped Kelly like that ... and the way Gorges pushed Chara out of the crease. Good stuff. Price! Except for that weird moment where he fell asleep, he was a wall. And he owes Diaz big-time lol Trying to post a pic can't seem to do it. Help?

Missed the first two periods due to work... so I didn't even get to see the Habs play well . No reason to panic just yet. Upset we lost Campoli already. Anyone else think maybe Emelin should have played that game instead? I'm glad Price had a good game. Now if our D and forwards can get it together... Not happy about Cole being under-used. Is he maybe injured? Otherwise, WTF Martin. I'm not upset we lost. I'm upset at the way we lost. Being pushed around, missing open nets, a bench minor... seeming lack of interest/hunger, listless play, no finish.... Breathe. Breathe.

My thoughts on the game: The team looked vastly better than they did in the previous games. Very entertaining game as well, for a period and a half. The rush by Desimone for the Cammy goal was excellent. Aggressive. Loved it. The crap by Campbell on Price ... unbelievable that nobody did anything, inc refs. Next time I hope Price defends himself. Speaking of, so relieved he had a good game. We still don't have an answer to Lucic in front of the net... did anyone else notice that noone went near him for most of the game? LOVE Gallagher. So impressive. Every time he's on the ice, he creates chances. I really, really hope this Subban thing isn't serious... I miss him on the blueline

Yes it was. In the first. The Wiz has really changed our PP, 9 points in seven games. Baffling. But in the second, on the Rangers' too-many-men, the Habs had ten gilt-edged scoring chances and couldn't score.
