  1. Cool; Gregoire assists on OT winner and down to a best of three.
  2. Don't think he was Linden-approved type of coach. Ah... coaches are a dime a dozen and 99% get recycled over and over.
  3. Wheeling play tomorrow. Gregoire got his 6th, but Anthony Mantha gets his 21st and BC trail 2-1 in 3rd.
  4. http://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/2014/05/06/can-believe-hype-this-series/GGkR53xaZF8gB0jikb8Y4O/story.html Good write up by Boston writer. I like how he describes Subban's dominant play.
  5. Habs have led Bruins for 107minutes Bruins led for....11 1/2minutes. In 7 games SIX Habs have scored 3 or more goals. I think if Habs had Vanek all year, I think would of really racked up some nice offensive numbers. If keep up tight checking and skating and who knows how far can make it?
  6. Another 15 or so game will have to do!
  7. I thought trade was a good deal for both teams. Nice to have several energy guys who can fill in on 4th line. And loved his 5 hole goal on bruin goalie.
  8. And neat how 'seemingly' so many 'HabFans' curse Murray as 'worst' d-man to ever walk the planet. Yet you notice (in a poll on HIO) 92% of Habfans want to see the Big Galoot in the lineup for game 4? Must be that those in small minority who disapprove of Douglas, really like to yell to make their point? (reminds me of old Winston C quote; "There is no such thing as public opinion. There is only published opinion.")
  9. Forget about it. Even if Bergevin offers good $, it would be very difficult to squeeze him under cap, no matter what moves are made, he is unlikely to move to Canada, he is 30 and likely best years behind him (or we can tell ourselves that when he signs with Rangers or Philly).
  10. Don't forget Tinordi had his confidence shattered in the fall and then struggled in Hamilton for longest time before got his confidence/physical game back. Hamilton was a regular d-man all this year but still is making rookie mistakes after 100+NHL games. We saw Tinordi give away a regular season game and if he did that in playoffs, he may be roasted by 21 273 critics and be OByrne the 2nd. But saying that, I agree with you and I would still love to see him playing every game and live with any miscues he has.
  11. They just don't have an answer for Subban/Price. Doing quite well for a non-elite, poor puck possessing, crappy coached, rebuilding team vs Cup favourite. Long way to go, but I hope my pick of Bruins in 6 is out to lunch.
  12. Love Moan burying Iginla.... retire already old timer! Weaver up to +6 and continues to play smart hockey. Habs leading playoffs with 3.86 goals/game. Just great to see Eller with 8 points, +4 and trusted by Therrien near end of game. Briere, Weise, Gorges all doing well, I guess that could be said for whole roster And Murray adds something Habs-d lack and is simply more entertaining with him on the ice (yes, both good and not so much at times). Hamiltons' gaff on Subban might be an example of why Tinordi hasn't drawn in yet, young d-men tend to have costly brain cramps.
  13. Missed shots? What got to do with injuries, arnt all the d-men healthy? Hope Vanek is OK, looked to be hurt leg.
  14. Well, I just hope Glover is still available when Bergevin steps up to podium.
  15. Season may be closing soon for Hudon-Gregoire-Condon all are now down 2-1 in their playoffs and play again today.
  16. Dumb Bruins just cant give up a 2 or 3 goal lead every game and win often.
  17. You tell em Crankshaft! But just how f'in good is that #76?
  18. Atta Boy Larry!!!
  19. Darn tight series so far. But hope a 4-2 finish is in the makeing
  20. gutcheck time
  21. mix it up! love #11s' play.
  22. They are doing well.
  23. Subban now tied for 2nd in playoff scoring (the other 2 top-guys have played 9 games) Emelin & Murray 7 hits 4 blocks in 1st.
