  1. "Anyone who tries to pin it onto one side is foolish."

Yeah... no. The NHL is locking out the players. It ain't the players locking out the NHL.

1994 (MLB) had a big effect on the lockout...

  2. If the lockout holds through the entire season....1. would there be a draft?

    2. What would the draft order be?

    Thanks for any response

The lockout has had me wanting to end it all...but I'm doing so well in my fantasy football I couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger :)

    There will be a draft

The first overall will be either Pittsburgh or Edmontons ;D

  3. It's all travel-related, how can money be saved? More Marlie-Bulldog games and lots of Rochester sprinkled in as well. And if you want to bring up road trips, how about the one Hamilton faced late last season while they were trying to make the playoffs? An 8-game road trip spanning 3 calendar weeks is nothing compared to the 12-game trip spanning just under 4 weeks, especially when most of the locations are the same. The present mentality seems to be that if you've gotta go out West, get as much done as possible in one fell swoop.

The road trips are no where near as stupid as the back-to-back-to-back games though, Toronto had more than any team last year :/

  4. Geno and Gonchar to Magnitorsk,

CSKA Moscow will probably now move for Semin and Ovechkin, CSKA are giving Fedorov whatever he needs, and Fedorov wants them (he also wanted Datsyuk but he's gone to Ak)

  5. Toronto confirms, I had wanted to move Spezza from around when Henrik Sedin went down injured. I wanted Niedereitter more, but Granlund is more than decent enough, Vasyunov I had been interested in for a while and the 1st round pick was the clincher. I feared Spezza retiring or being too expensive with Rads coming up so I feel like this was worth it

    thanks man

  6. Hackett hadn't been doing it, I manage to get a 1st round pick and an adequate backup for Alenichev or a starter if Alenichev is moved, the first round pick is helpful for the team as I have literally no picks in this draft, ty for easy negotiations

  7. Markov - Will play the same amount of games as #79

If it is a moody dog which doesn't speak the language or is small - Grabovski or Kostitsyn

If is a small dog - Desharnais

If it is a dog which amazes but is equally frustrating - Alex (Isn't gender specific and would be named after Kovalev)

If it is a dog which is proud dog which looks like it could be a leader - Saku

Though seriously, Boom Boom, Rocket or Pocket Rocket would be good shouts as most Hab related names are male gender specific

  8. Was the last sim one where i lost 8-0 too toronto lol

hahaha man my team is getting butchered by injuries... Last sim de Haan, Shattenkirk, Vrbata, and Vincour all missed time :D!

    SENS SUCK! GO LEAFS GO!

  9. jerabek a bust! wtf??

for what I paid for him, he is, if it wasn't, he hasn't improved the teams D substantially for the price, if he wasn't traded for as much, I would have been fine with how he has done.

  10. The blowing up begins, get good youth who should get better in the next couple of years, Rodways D stat is better, only the offense of Jerabek will be missed, Galiev is a guy who I had been interested in for a while so in that aspect, i am happy to aquire him. Jerabek ended up being a bust, and its time to move on. The 3rd is a nice addition to a good deal for both teams.
