I think the people who should be the most worried about North Korea is SOUTH KOREA.

I don't think i'd ever want the NHL to be like the NFL , NBA or even baseball. they can have all the glitz, glamor , spoiled players , bling bling etc etc. Even the article said that all the buildings sold up to 92% capacity for the whole year ... what's the problem ? who cares if not every person in the US is watching on tv ... hockey has alot of LOYAL fans in all markets. it will be just fine.

It's too early to start figuring out what players are doing what ... but I did like the fact that after a dissapointing lost to buffalo and coming out flat for 2 periods in the leafs game they dug deep and stole that game from the leafs and got 2 points ... hopefully that can be a good wake up call for the next few games ... they can't let up.

Agreed ... hopefully all the Habs D-men can get to mistake free as possible sooner rather than later. If not and the say the habs don't make the playoff ( but that won't happen ! ) then Rivet and Souray are as good as gone.

If every defenseman was 100% reliable and perfect .. nobody would ever score ! ALL defenseman make mistakes ... all that matters is if they can improve and learn from those mistakes.

I was watching the kings game last night ... he looks very impressive, was probably the best player on the ice for both teams. I think teams passed on him because he's from Slovenia ... not exactly a hockey hot bed. but sometimes you find a dimond in the ruff and the kings found one that slipped to them at the 11th spot although he was rated 5-6 in 2005.

They look lost out there ... they're chasing the puck .. not playing the body ... they're not comunicating to each other well. they're trying to make fancy plays rather than just drive the net and play any type of power game

Accidents happen in my game last week a guy took a slapper from the point and it hit the corner post and flew out and hit my defensive partner in the face ... should I beat the crap out of the crossbar for injuring my friend ?

Actually because Boullion is injured the money he would have made until he comes back will not count against the cap .... so say in theory if they called someone up from Hamilton to take Boullion's spot his salary would count against the cap in stead of Boullion's.

Hopefully he can regain his form from a few seasons ago now that he's healthy ... I don't think he'll be on the 1st power play line but he could be the QB on the 2nd unit. :hlogo:

I think he still counts for the cap ... but NJ will be able to go over it by the amount of his salary ... which is basically the same thing ... but i've read that if mogilny comes back and is cleared to play then NJ could be in for a rude awakening.

he's retired so they dont' have to pay him .. that's what I meant .... SJ was like 7 mil under the cap so his 3.6 won't really effect them this season ... they'll still have enough cap space to add some players at the deadline
