  1. Wow, that's a very good chat. Good question Spidey. I remember by the end of the 93 Cup run, Savard was injured and acted as Demers assistant-coach. Maybe that's the time his after-career started.

I dont know or follow politics, but I believe all politicians are somewhat corrupted and they know it. In private sharks dont give each other shit about who ate the most surfers. They only do it in public to fool the rest of the fishes (us).
  3. Sign up, its fun! The Mighty Journal alone makes it worth it!
  4. Listening to Les 3 Accords' Gros Mammouth Album.
  5. Cool. Naslund was a good little player with character. Like a Swede, LW version of Koivu. Does he still holds the record for most assist in an NHL All-Star game? (5 assists on the legendary All-Star game Mario Lemieux had in 88 or 89.) [Edited on 14-5-2005 by ap79]
  6. Cote is the son of former 80's Nordiques player Alain Cote. Its weird to see him in the Habs organisation!
  7. If Kovalev doesnt return, there's 2 spots open on the top 2 lines (RW of the Koivu line, LW of the Ribs line). Right now I'd say Hossa, Dagenais, Perezhogin, Higgins, Plekanec and Kostitsyn all have a chance to get there. The 3rd line already looks set as Bulis-Bonk-Sundstrom and Begin-Ward are a lock for the 4th line, with a spot left on their LW. My guess? 8. That "gap" isn't that surprising because Grabovsky is still a teen and could have gained a couple of inches in the past couple of years, so depending on the date of the source it could show a different height/weight.
  9. Markov is playing with #52? A tribute to Craig Rivet?
  10. I was wondering what was happening. It said I had a new u2u message, so I checked it and it was trade offer for HWL, the exact same trade offer I got a while ago and countered. I thought to myself "shit, these negociations are going in circles" before I realized it dated back to April 28th!
  11. Holy 3rd period meltdown Batman! Dogs got torched. . 4 wins in a row?
  12. I hope the Habs give him a chance. Plekanec could become some sort of Elias/Hejduk type of forward. After Hossa and Dagenais busts out for good, Habs will need him up there on an offensive line.
  13. GO DOGS! Hamilton has been in playoffs mode for quite a while already and if they are playing tonight, its because they can perform when the pressure is on. I dont think it would be too much of an upset if they'd win. Here's hoping the Dogs pull a "Habs on Bruins circa 2002".
