fanpuck can be in there in case one of the others can't get involved (cuz they're in the trade or absent)...but that way you dont have the two commish dudes as part of the three person thing all the time.
dont want to make that a big thing, but aside from the Commish who ought to have some Trade authority anyways, I'd go with some new bood like Raymond-Buffalo or Joe-NyISL
other thing is : one person makes the decision all the time, the others are backup. dont make that a 3 headed beast (unless you have issues with a trade, go ask advices to your backups) cause it's always very long if you do so.

Most teams have a good hit and grind, a good scoring and a good nzt.
Then a fourth line. Which in the case of my team is kinda like a scoring line 1b.

I'm not concerned with past trades because there's no way to analyze past deals without the context that went into them. Besides, my job isn't to evaluate past trades, it's to evaluate this one.
It's the 1st week of the season I honestly believe that edmonton should be able to net a better return for getzlaf, but particularly for Bourdon.
it's called precedent man, that's what your legal system is based on. the precedent here is fresh and is called Bernier. and who other than Dlbalr, one of the fairest trader offered what i printed above.
also, Brett makes a very good point. those guys were 1st rounders, he trades 1st rounders for them. you're making him think, and the whole league think that draft picks are useless while we are trying to do the total opposite and give back value to the draft / picks (1st step was going with 1.16 so that we have valuable picks past the 1st round!)

guys, I'll argue in favour of the deal :
1. have you taken into account what Edm has received so far for Getzlaf and Bourdon. (if he's taken this deal, it's b/c he didn't receive better offer and we just finished the busiest part of the year trade wise... hence, Getz and Bourdon will just be one year older next year)
2. look at trade history for similar players FLA traded L Steve Bernier to PHO for R Mark Calaway and L Evgeni Dadonov and $4,666,600 cash]
it might not be the best deal ever, but I am not sure you can decide for Edm that it was not the best offer at that moment.

Was trades 3rd round pick for Edm's 2nd round pick
Was puts Rezny on waivers
Edm claims Rezny before any one else could b/c they lost him in the WD.

On a personal note, I have used mediafire for everything under the sun for the past few years. Certainly isn't perfect and I am unaware of the changes going on, but it always seemed to be the most reliable site of it's kind.
