How can you blame Kovalev on this one, yes he got slashed and probalby ttried to embilish it and let the puck go......But Souray had the ######ing puck and the dummy decides to run into Kovalev and lose it.... But we shouldnt blame anyone for any mistakes that were made in this overtime because the game should have been won in regulation....Its plain and simple, this game wasnt meant to be won by the habs. Anyway I dont think theres much of a chance that we can win this series...Although if by some chance the boys can sneak a win in the next game and bring it back to Montreal theres a very good possiblity the series will go to game seven, then anything could happen... My Prediciton 4-1 Boston in the next game to win the series in 5.......###### I HATE THIS!!!!!! Oh well I hope im proven wrong :ghg:

The boys played a real good game tonight! they definitely deserved to win.....With that effort they put in tonight it has to be a positive now heading home.. 2 games to nothin wont mean a thing if they play the way they can at home.. This is a series that the Habs are capable of stealing!.. :ghg::ghg:

Sportsnet reported the Habs lineup wouldnt be changed, so is perreault on the top unit for sure??? Ok guys, is everybody else as confident as i am about Game 2?? When teams put in that kind of effort, they get put out in 4.....That first game was so important and the team blew it, it was an awful effort. Hey, on the bright side its was only game one, and now IMO game two has to be a must win for the Habs. Where the hell was the playoff INTENSITY in this game??? Boston killed em..... I think we need a good fixture of Komisaurus for the next game! He could be a key ingredient in beating the Bruins. :ghg:

i think the teams main objective goin into Boston for the first two games is to do what they did the last time, come out with the split. IMO if they dont its over!... But if the Team plays the way that they are capable and can get under the skin of the big Bruins forwards and suck them into taking Stupid penalties then winning both games in Beantown is very possible. It's 2:26am here now and i cant even think about sleeping, im too damn excited. :ghg::ghg::ghg: 18 hours and 4 minutes untill game time.... :hlogo:

I agree that Komisarek should be playing in this series..His size and physical presence would surely be appreciated against the Bruins....but i dont think that Bouillon should be the victim, he's played too hard for us all season long and night in night out he gives everything to win.... He maybe our smallest blueliner but he's one of our hardest hitters, and im sure a few of those big bruins will tell you the same at the end of the series. I was watching the Playoff preview on TSN tonight, and it turned my stomach, it should have been called Maple Leafs playoff preview...Every couple of minutes theyd say something about the Leafs. Leafs will beat Ottawa, Belfour will shine, Roberts for the Conn Smythe, update all the injuries on the team, the leafs will win the Cup..It was a disgrace to watch! What were the awards that were given out before the game??? i only caught the last little part of it.... Tonights game was played pretty well all around by the boys...They just couldnt score on Burke... And the officiating was horrible, the score could have been alot worse if not for some good penalty killing. :ghg:

guys, why the hell are there people out there picking up for Kovalev???? The guy has done nothing in 10 games... I dont know about you but I think a Star player is suppose to perform and put up numbers..... He's doing absolutely nothin, no effort what so ever. I know he's not the only one to blame on a night like tonight, but even when the team plays good he still doesnt show up..... im not saying he's a bad palyer, and hopefully he steps up in the playoffs...But right now i think everyone has the right to bash him.. You know what i think???? Steve Begin is the most important player on this team right now!.....His energy rubs off on everyone else and inturn helps the habs win games. in the games that he has been out of the lineup, there has been no passion, no desire to win at all..No one except maybe Ryder and the goalies and even Komi lately are giving that extra effort, and this is the time of year when the extra effort wins hockey games!.... as for Kovalev, I wont exactly bash the guy yet, but he hasn't done a ######ing thing....I expected way more then an empty net goal from him at this point in time..And Tonight was probably his worst game.. Why the hell did he go and take two stupid penalties while the team was on the powerplay........ The only reason i wont bash him more is because the poor guy is being tossed around from line to line like a ragdoll, as most of the players on the team are.... Julien, in case you didn't know the Playoffs are just a couple weeks away, I think its time you figured out who the hell is gonna be playing together! , i think all of Habs fans will need to be smoking somethin before this season is over! haha :ghg::ghg::ghg:

And after tonights game, I definitely know who should be sitting out on D when the PLayoffs start!.....
