  1. Hey.....

    Just a little pre-game bullshit.......

Did rebeiro really get a mohawk......sorry but I think that's cool....He will do well tonight if he gets a chance on 1st or 2nd line.

Nice to see the cocky sens get blown out even if it was by boston....I wish it was by the habs....

And what's up with emery and naked black men on his mask? ...........yuk

  2. I don't want to trade Souray yet.

I think with the right defensive partner his game will get better. He is trying to focus on his defensive play instead of going head strong into his offensive play. Souray is bad (almost terrible) in his own end but he is forced to be a stay at home defenceman because his partner sucks more than him.

Zednik and Ribs for a solid #2 Dman.

Souray from what I know was always a hard hitting stay at home d-man, i think he suprised every one including himself the year he scored 14 , 15 goals ....don't expect him to do that again.......but i would expect him to be solid in his own end which has been shaky of late........if we want offense from the blue line we need to bring some-one in.......who? not sure if Zed could bring us a sure thing ....time will tell.

  3. the problem is not with koivu, he is all heart..i think the main problem is in the dressing room,it looks like

there is two different teams out there..the players we have are good but they are not playing together and i

dont think they want to.. i think that why BG FIRER juilen because he couldnt bring the team together and it

looks like he cant do the job.. so it time to bring in some new faces and get the guy out that are causing the problem. :?-

I agree, but I'm hopeful they can turn it around and have us forget these last few months. Sometimes like a friendship or marriage...........too much has been said and done, there is never really getting back to what you used to have.

It starts with Theo.........He is the bad apple. Can he bring it? I don't know.....if he does all this nonsense will go away if not, He needs to go.

I don't think Koivu has ever really liked him! He never comments on Theo but always commented on how great garon was. That used to piss Theo off.

I would get rid of Theo and see what happens to the rest of the team. Mostly Koivu because I know he can still bring it.

  4. That all seems like some very cocky talk for a team that has never won a darn thing in its history. I know they haven't been around for very long, but they've had a top rated team the past four years and have choked come playoff time each and every time. If I'm coach Murray I would tear my team a new one for those comments. It is just one regular season game. A lot can happen between now and the playoffs. The habs could be the Eighth seed and the Sens will be the No. 1 seed. These laughable comments about the habs will be posted front and centre in the Habs dressing room. The Sens played a near flawless game, but those comments were a major mistake. Anyone who has played a team sport at any level knows not to give an opposing coach that kind of material to build his motivational plan around. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

That shit is really good stuff as we ask ourselves what can the habs do to get out of this funk? A week ago I didn't care if we made the play-offs bcause we would just get swept. Now that the Sens are acting like this................I want them first round.

    ........................ENOUGH SAID!!!!

  5. Picked this up in a blog take it for what it's worth

"Apparently after the Capitals game, Alex Kovalev and Steve Bégin got into a little scrap in the Canadiens' dressing room. Kovalev later told reporters that it was nothing against Bégin; rather, he was just frustrated with the pitiful play his team was guilty of in the third period in Washington, and happened to take it out on Bégin. Interesting that he picked Bégin, though, who just so happens to be the hardest-working player on the team.

My guess is that Kovalev was just trying to rile up his team and let them know that playing the way they did is unacceptable. Good for him for doing something about it - I thought I was going to have to endure this sloppy play for the rest of the season. At least someone is taking charge, and who better than Kovalev and Bégin? This is what leadership is about, and the two should be commended for engaging in it. If only we could see it more often from more players..."

  6. Aside from his groin...........is it me or does souray look different this year....the look he has in his eyes is the same as a child after they've been crying for an hour. That dude is stressed out.

  7. Man...this has to wake the Habs up...I feel like dusting off the skates and going to raise some hell of my own!!!!!!!

If the habs feel just a little of what I'm feeling, I feel sorry for the Leafs, because they are going to get a beating on saturday.

This is it!!!!!! (geez, I hope)

It's going to be rough, but I think the Habs will get hot after the olympic break, get eighth seed. Sens will be 1st..........The Habs will knock them out and that will be my Stanley Cup. Even if they lose the next round I would consider it a great year.As long as it's not the Leafs or Boston.

    GO HABS GO!!!!

  8. I'm not sure what your post is referring to chris personally I thought rivet was doing the right thing and what his name from the sens is a coward

Who called Rivet a coward? Someone on the Sens?

  9. The Sens after game press conference was much worse than that!

They were placing bets to see who could keep the Habs below 10 shots and laughed about loosing the bet because Souray made some shots on goal from the red line.

Hasek went on and on about how it hasn't been that easy since he was 10 years old.

    Screw them!

We beat them twice this year, how many teams can say that?

we will get better and start winning, 30 some odd games to go.

Wow that sucks.........Man, i hope that pisses the habs off and they can laugh back when they knock tthe sens out of the play-offs.

These are some seriously shit times..............

  10. To all my fellow habs fans,

I have never in my life been so let down by a team the Montreal Canadiens have put together in my life. Yes there have been brutal ones..............but not like this. Players on opposing teams usually have a lot of respect towards each other and never say bad things about another team in fear of putting thier foot in their mouth at a later date.

I live in the States. I'm from Toronto. I'm one of the biggest Habs fans you will ever find. This morning my friends(who are all leaf fans, bruins fans, philli fans) sent me this article.

I had nothing to say.........................please read

  11. Interesting stat from TSN....

If you take out the first lines, the number of points from the remaining lines is basically the same. The difference between the teams is the first line, where the Philly first line is awesome and ours is mediocre.

Ribs takes a lot of flack, but I still argue is point totals are a lot closer to what they should be then Koivu, Kovalev, and Zednik.

Kovalev should definitely be playing better but I am starting to wonder if Koivu is just on the decline in production. I don't even want to talk about Zednik......

Interesting stat were 9 and 1 when Zeds out of the line up.............. hmmmm!!!
