I just saw on tsn that the habs have brought up Danis from the Bulldogs. I wonder why they would not have left him down for as many games as possible. He will be the back up and i think getting as much game time in as possible would be good for him. Is is just because they need 2 goal tenders in practice. They could have simply put up a cardboard cutout of Jose. OK that was a joke settle down. Seriously I think Danis would benefit from as musch game time as possible right now since he may be called on save us later. Anybody else have any ideas. :hlogo:

this is too much. Has his dog died yet? what a soap opera

well it is certainly nice that you do not allow facts to influence your opinnion. just say it and it's true. I believe even though I know nothing that would lead me to this assumption. What a small world you must live in

and exactly how would taking nandrol help him? nandrolone builds muscles he dont have none. The propecia might be working but the nandrolone is def a bust. I guess it must be so. The doctor who proscribed it fdor the last nine years knew that theo wanted to build big muscles so he would be really fast. you guys are too much. get a grip

This is getting silly. Theo is not on steroids. He also was not on the grassy knoll. For entertainment purposes the conspiracy theory is funny but lets not get so carried away. This is one the best things that could have happened it shows that God is a Habs fan. We now get to look at 2 goalies who may be the future of this club. If they can pull this off then we can get to the playoffs and see where we are next year. This team is not good enough at this time to go far in the playoffs but has a good sound base. I feel badly for Theo but I think he needs to write this seaon of hell off and try again next year.

Moore Family Lawsuit Against Bertuzzi And Knucks
habs rule replied to CoRvInA's topic in Habs & Hockey Talk
ok he is not a fighter exactly what was he good at? I've looked at his stats and I see a guy who was marginal at best. I am not sure he would have stayed in the nhl all that long. He really looks like a mostly ahl career player. If there has to be settlement I think 1-2 million is plenty and mom and dad can go whistle. I think their involvement is ludicrous. Nobody better beat me up cause my mom will sue you! -
I'm thinking he comes back next year and finds out if he can play or not. This may be the biggest blessing in disguise we have ever seen. I hope it is a plot and he is not injured. He needs a break right now. Sorry poor choice of words :hlogo:
-
It does seem very convenient and if it is a plot, I for one say WAY TO GO GUYS, Theo needs time to figure himself out. Bob needs less distractions for the team. Theo can now come back and be sent down for conditioning with no threat. I like Theo and really want to see him become the goalie he was. However i am really excited about seeing Danis and Huet lead us to the playoffs. By the way how long can he stay in minors for "conditioning"?

Yeah I think most Habs fans would make that deal. but I don't think Washinton will. he is their future. :hlogo:

Is there a prize for most posts? if so what is it? lol -
it is not too hard to see why he's not here as he himself says he cant skate very well his offence is limited and they won't let him hold anymore so his defence is not great. Boy we should really have tried harder to keep him
-
We might actually have a shot at getting jokinen. Ecklund is intimating on his sight that there is 0 chance of us getting him. That has to bode well for us considering his record. Sorry just Yoke a ning
-
He does have value but it would have to be for someone who is also having trouble and needs a change of address. i am not sure who that is at this point but maybe its fernandez or giguere if he keeps pissing his coach off.
-
if huet keeps playing like he has i may want to change my vote. Dags?
-
nobody else listens to me. So I will reply to myself he makes 3.4 mill now so 4+ is reasonable on the dollar terms but he is very injury prone and therefore should be signed for less than market value because he has never played 80+ games in the nhl to my knoledge

Can The Habs Buy Players Out?
habs rule replied to Prime Minister Koivu's topic in Habs & Hockey Talk
sorry buddy but it was a 1 time thing. I am not that sure that bob wants to buy anybody out anyways. this is the basis to a good team -
he has played for less than market value for a number of years due to cancer and injuries. He is getting it all back now. He is a good guy but 4+mill in the new nhl seems high. I would have figured 3-3.5 but we need him for now. he will be injured and it will end his career in the next 2 years. All in all a good signing.

Hey thanks for that. I had not heard and just sort of realised he was behind the bench (what happened to his eye?)when he should be at the meetings I think no trades and in spite of what a lot of people say this team seems to be coming together. We may make some moves at the deadline. I think we have a lot of good talent but at times they have not performed at their potential :hlogo: :hlogo: -

it looks to me that ribs like playing with kovy and vice versa also markov is awesome. Great game huet gave them the opp to win thats all you can ask. It looked like he was screened on the last goal. I dont think kiovu should have taken that draw he is sick and probably not quite on his game tonite -
