honestly we can all say how hard it would be to trade theo right now because of his struggles but i would have already pulled the trigger even it was not full market value hes a cancer to this team right now and at the rate hes been letting in goals this year he should be in the minors but of course that wont happen so trade this guy NOW!!!!

in my opinion this team really needs a shake up and for the life of me i cant understand why it hasnt happened yet. i mean i understand gainey is a patient man and i like him as our gm but with all the line shuffling and the up and downs from hamilton how is the team supost to gel ?. i say make a trade now and live with what you do bob because whats going on right now isnt working at all. we can all sit here and lie to ourselves that the team will all of a sudden turn around and win as much as they have been losing but i doubt it theres no chemistry and what makes me even more suspicious is the play of plekanec last night he played great but where was the rest of the team other then maybe boullion. strange how someone who has been injured for a couple of weeks and not spending much time with the team comes in and plays like that while the rest of the team look like there doing there best not to fall over eachother in my opinion there is something wrong in that dressing room the guys just are not playing for eachother. the hits in a game i could count on one hand theres no grit and no drive except for a few players who stand out in individual games occasionally. bottom line we need a change but obviously just hoping for one doesnt make it happen i just hope bob does something soon because it would be nice to make the playoffs this year and not worry about next year and the years after that now.

how come whenever a leaf has an injury serious or not its on sportscentre 25 times a day (sundin) but when other teams have important players out they get no airtime not even a mention in passing. being more specific kovalev i thaught by now we would have heard something i mean he is not exactly a bad player pretty important to his team i guess if he was a leaf it might be the end of the world but because he is a habs no big deal typical and predictable TSN the sucky network

i know marty is a great player but man its got to be that much easier to be a great player when nobody hits you i mean in that first period not one canadien touched him ,we have got to play these players tough there the ones who hurt you most.

when is bonk coming back i thaught it was just a minor injury. hopefully hes back soon so we can get rid of dagenais and maybe package him off for a offensive defenseman

has anyone heard if zednik is back tonight or not and if he is or when he is how can you not play perezhogin he is very deserving of sticking with the big club atleast until he shows otherwise (i dont think he will). i say keep him up with the first line move zednik to the second line and make room on the third or fourth line for dagenais, flip him with sundstrom and let them compete for a roster spot

for someone who played some hockey during the lockout sheldon souray looks lost out there i mean mistakes upon mistakes out there , when he decides to actually take the body instead of fishing for the puck with his stick im sure he wil rebound but until then all i can say is it is ugly to watch.

bouillion was the best on the ice tonight for both teams great job penalty killing and a force in front of our net especially against thornton and murray

I THINK YOU ARE NOW GETTING INTO A SITUATION HERE WHERE BOTH THEODORE AND LUONGO ARE OR COULD BE DISPLEASED WITH THERE CONTRACTS MAYBE THE BEST THING HERE IS A TRADE BECAUSE IF BOTH THESE GOALIES START THE YEAR OFF WHERE THEY ARE EMOTIONALLY IT CANT BE GOOD

lets not be to hasty maybe we should give the team a chance maybe say between 10 to 20 games if gainey leaves a little cap space it will be easier then to make a deal that will then help the team its a lot smarter to evaluate and then change rather then to speculate and screw up what could potentially be a really good team
