Wamsley01
Nail in the coffin? :ghg: :ghg: :ghg: :ghg: :ghg: I am waiting for them to pull a Leafs from last year. Drop far enough back that people start to jump off the wagon and then they rip off a hot streak to just miss the playoffs. They really are not showing any hunger at all. This is 5 straight losses. When does desperation kick in? Now Huet is out for who knows how long. And all we have to hold on to is praying that the Forum ghosts have annointed Halak the new saviour...wow sad
Habsy
in case you missed it… GRABOVSKI'S INJURED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So what are you trying to say? He can't play?
gohabsgo252006
We played another decent game though. The wins just aren't coming. I don't think this was a decent game. Maybe decent defensively but offensively come on. 2 lucky goals and vritually no other chances. no sustained pressure, no threat. I do not call that a decent game. BTH
Gainey shoud get a guy like....hmm, Eric Brewer is available, and he's only worth 2 million. What do you guys think? He'd be great but Gainey's probably looking more for offensive players.
habs rule
time to bring kosty up. Maybe he can score.

NJ station just reported Huet has a pulled hamstring
sbhatt
We played another decent game Habs were outshot, outmuscled, looked lost on the PP, and took plenty of bad penalties. You call that decent? Have standards sunk that low that we're happy to not be blown out?
RobRock
So what are you trying to say? He can't play? You know what? You got me wondering if he'd play as good on one knee as the current guys are currently playing on two.
habsfan88
umm get rid of Niinimaa, call up Kostitsyn, make a trade...a big one....please bob can you bring us someone who can PUT THE PUCK IN THE F****** NET
Wamsley01
WTF happened to this franchise? From the day I was born until the first time I saw them miss the playoffs in 95, it was considered a terrible season to get 90 points. Now we need shootout losses and OT losses to get to 90 and squeak an 8th seed. It is soo depressing.
Mr. Nasty
Have standards sunk that low that we're happy to not be blown out? that's what bothers me the most. A lot of guys are happy as long the Habs "try" I like winners.

Fanpuck33
that's what bothers me the most. A lot of guys are happy as long the Habs "try" I like winners. Trying requires effort, which leads to wins. I think that is the point trying to be made.

Mr. Nasty
The time has come Bob. Do what you have to do. I am shocked that throughout this terrible streak the team has remained unchanged. Gainey has got to get his arse in gear.

Prime Minister Koivu
The pressure on Gainey and Carbo must be staggering. I'd be a hardcore alcoholic by now.
giupietrantonio
He'd be great but Gainey's probably looking more for offensive players. But defensivly is where we need help and i think Mr.Brewer can help us out
