lazy26
We play with the same intensity as our last game and keep out of the box.... we win. It's as simple as that. GO HABS GO!!! :hlogo: PS - I will give a shiny nickel to every Montreal player that doesn't score in his own net.

Cataclaw
Go Habs Go! A very winnable game, if the effort and teamwork is there. Come on guys! :hlogo:
SoCalHab
Carbo needs to have Komi up against Hunter; he's been hot lately, and he buried us last time. Habs 5 (Homecoming Higgins 2, Plex, Koivu, Markov) Isles 3 GHG! Edited February 24, 2007 by SoCalHab
gohabsgo252006
Looking forward to this one, I definitely agree with Carbo's decision to sit Latendresse who hasn't looked good of late. I hope Kostytsin and Perezhogin reward him with some more strong efforts. Higgins and Komi back in Long Island, I expect them to wow with their friends and families. All in all a very important early game. I can't wait. Go Saku Go Go Halak Go Go Habs Go
sbhatt
What the hell is up with all these matinees anyways? I hope the organization makes some noise about being stuck with so many of these ridiculous gametimes so that it doesn't happen again next year. dark_faerie87
I'm going to go out on a limb and predict a 4-2 final score. :ghg:
Sir_Boagalott
Huge game, Habs need to win this for sure. If they keep playing like they have been so far in front if Halak then the NYI shouldnt be much of a problem. If the Habs play the full 60 mins hopefully Halak can have a 1 goal game or a shutout. What the hell is up with all these matinees anyways? I hope the organization makes some noise about being stuck with so many of these ridiculous gametimes so that it doesn't happen again next year. I hate the day games too, but unfortunately its unavoidable. Blame the Yanks, I do. iirc the majority of the day games are against American teams. Traditionally Americans play their sports during the day (baseball, football, NASCAR, horse racing, etc). Thats why there has been so many weekend day games lately, because there has been a stretch of weekend games against US teams so its seems excessive. Similar to when Habs play same team in their div 4 times in 3 weeks, it just makes it seem like a lot.
JMMR
Well this is the only of 6 afternoon games this year that is played in the States. Americans may love it but so do NHL owners knowing that a younger fan base will attend those particular games.
JoeLassister
One of the most important game of the year... until the one against Toronto... and then the whole month of march...
MAK
I'm a bit afraid that Higgins is coming back a bit too soon just because he plays in his own town. he missed last time and he'd be crushed if he'd missed that one as well. Let's just hope that he won't reinjure his upper body again.
