We may not like who we didn't take (Esposito) but when you consider the stock of each particular player and insert said names into our prospect depth chart, you begin to see a very well rounded prospect pool that may propel us to #1 on HF rankings. R1/22 - Max Pacioretty (LW) - Erik Cole-type of winger. R2/43 - P.K. Subban (D) - Paul-Coffey-wannabe R3/65 - Olivier Fortier © - Steve Begin with best hockey brains in the entire draft. R3/73 - Yannick Weber (D) - Mark Streit, 9 years younger. R5/133 Pending R5/142 Pending R6/163 Pending Very good so far. I really want us to take Mayorov but he won't be around in the 5th and I don't think Gainey wants him enough to take him in the 4th. I have a feeling we wind up with Ben Blood. At the World Championships Streit played every game as a fourth line winger AND on the top defence pairing with lots of specials teams time. That's ridiculous.
