Then we look like this upfront : Latendresse/Koivu/Kovalev, Higgins/Plecanek/Kostitsyn, Pasani/Smolinski/Kostopolous, Begin/Lapierre/Pouliot(Stortini) Depth with Lahti and Streit. Getting Stortini would be great because we need someone for a fourth line enforcer and we have nobody now. Plus the guy is a great energy player and won't hurt us defensively. We do need a stability in this team if we want to win some games. And we do not need more grinders. If we grind more than that we will be burried in december. Ryder scored more goals last year than all three Oilers combined. Pasani is a good third line, energy guy, but he's still living off a single playoff season that may or may not be repeated, and it's more likely to be the latter. Stortini and Pouliot would just add to an already teeming supply of good young prospects who could develop into something. I'll take the proven over the potential every day of the week.
