simonus
it's a bit of an artificial stat, but you have to love that 5 of the 6 regular D-men are on a "hot streak"

Punkned
According to Radio-Canada, Grabs was back on the third line this morning and AK46 was on the fourth with Bégin, Kosto and Chips... Are they gonna screw up with AK like with Perez? Do they think that Grabs has more potential than AK? Are they showing Grabs as a trade bait? I'm confused. AK had a very bad game just before being cut for 3 games in a row, but I thought that he wasn't bad against the pens, considering he played only 10 minutes with smokes and Dandy... Any thoughts? JMMR
I thought AK was good for the minutes he played and he took Crosby off his game for a bit. I really think that AK needs to play with mor offensive linemates and need some power play time.

markierung
Price is starting? Why? He hasn't played badly but Huet hasn't lost in a while and has had full rest. Weird move
Punkned
Price is starting? Why? He hasn't played badly but Huet hasn't lost in a while and has had full rest. Weird move Yeah weird move... ...but Carbo probably wants Huet in the net against Philly and doesn't want to send Price against Toronto on a Saturday night (hence HNIC) for a first start in Mtl... Huet has 7 stats and Price 3. On a 82 games season that makes 57 starts for Huet, which is ok for him. He can't play 65-70 like Luongo & Brodeur... lazy26
Price is starting? Why? He hasn't played badly but Huet hasn't lost in a while and has had full rest. Weird move Well, we play the next 4 at home vs. ATL, PHI, TOR, and BUF. Makes sense to put Carey in against the Thrashers. Philly and Buffalo have some good snipers, and the TO game is HNIC. I think they're still trying to protect the kid. Edited October 29, 2007 by lazy26
Cataclaw
Thrashers are reeling, Canadiens are flying, home game, all signs point to a W, but let's never take anything for granted. Go out there, work hard, get those 2 pts! GO HABS GO

Easy Ryder
Not a bad move, a team that had success on the road looks always scrappy the first game back home. So if the team screw up, it doesn't affect Huet confidence and if they do win the kid look stellar. I am very frustrated with the way Carbonneau use Kots. It is frustrating because since Latendresse is playing with Plekanek and Kovalev, both are racking points. But lets keep in mind that most of the points came from PP or a defensemen play. I would like very much a try on the first line with kots at his natural right wing, at leat for 3 games. Let Ryder play with Smolinski and Dandenault
