Some notes from TFP'S rumor mill

-Hossa and Campbell will be traded today

-Dallas is still the front runner for Richards

-Roloson garnering a lot of interest

-Foote talking 2 year extension with Columbus

-With Comrie being signed to that 1 year deal, Satan is likely on the way out

Hey, I've been going for an hour and a half.

Went to bed at 1:30 and got up at 6:30. Drinking lots of Pepsi to stay awake, it's gonna be an early bedtime tonight, hehe.

I've heard rumors of Blake AND Foote back to Colorado. We might as well trade for Tanguay and ask Patty to come out of retirement. Get the 2001 gang back together.

That's early! Doesn't use to be later?

So the Atlanta game is after the deadline? It could turn out to a bizaree evening for Hossa, sitting in the crowd and not knowing what team to cheer for...

Come on guys, the legendary Cam Janssen was traded.

Why is no one discussing this?

They only care about the habs. Janssen is a superstar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Salvador wins the Norris this year though. No doubt about it.

The New Jersey Devils have bolstered their defence for the stretch run, acquiring defenceman Bryce Salvador from the St. Louis Blues for forward Cam Janssen.

Salvador, 32, has 11 points and 43 penalty minutes in 56 games this season.

Janssen, 23, was born in St. Louis and played for the St. Louis Sting (NAHL) in 2000-01. He was the first St. Louisan to play in the Ontario Hockey League when he played for Windsor in 2000-01. He was New Jersey's 4th round choice (117th overall) in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. The 6-0, 210-pound winger played in 47 games during his rookie season (2005-06) in the NHL and followed that up with 48 games played in 2006-07.

"We feel that Cam's style of play will bring energy and grit to our lineup and being from St. Louis, feel that he will be an instant fan favourite here," said Blues team president John Davidson in a statement.

Maple Leafs trade Belak to Panthers

The Toronto Maple Leafs have traded forward Wade Belak to the Florida Panthers for a 2008 fifth round pick.

The 6-foot-5, 221-pound forward has one goal and 66 penalty minutes in 30 games this season, his seventh with the Leafs.

A career enforcer, he has eight goals, 29 points and 1,096 penalty minutes in 425 career NHL games.

Thats the details. Did not see that coming even though its not a big trade what so ever.
