KoZed
They need to smarten up. This is not exactly the effort I was expecting tonight. They've got their chances but needs to convert more of them.
Fat Tony
Kozed missed Roy/Racicot As ridiculous as that sounds. It is never going to change in this city They need to smarten up. This is not exactly the effort I was expecting tonight. How about; Dryden - Vachon Vachon - Worsley Worsley - Hodge Plante - Hodge McNeil - Plante Durnan - McNiel and it goes on. It really is a boring and totally unoriginal argument
Wamsley01
Well it wasn't an issue when Roy was there... except in his first season where it was Penney or Soetart or Roy? After that it was a bliss for about 10 years. What about in 93 when everybody was calling for Demers to yank Roy for Racicot against the Nords. I saw the TSN report from Michael Whalen from the archives. Huge save

And Hayward too... but there was never any ever-lasting debates about who was #1.

nhfarber
for those of us listening on the radio, was that close, should they have gone upstairs?
KoZed
Roy & Hayward split games pretty evenly for 3 years too. That was common back then. Except for Fuhr in Edmonton few "starters" were getting more than 50/60 starts. Now 60 is almost a minimum.

kenadian
Komi rifled one off the left post, it went right, hit Kari's pad and bounced out to the opposite side the shot came from. That's why I thought it was in or it would have come out the other way...............

I'm sorry, I'm just not used to seeing the words "Komi rifled" unless the words after them are "a players spine through the boards"

Habsfan
I'm sorry, but the Habs are playng against one of the worst teams in the league (not to meniton one of the worst defensive teams in the league) and they are playing like SHIT! They aren't skating. They keep missing good opportunities(Plekanec), and our defensemen are playing like crap(Markov, Bouiloon, O'byrne) To add to the problem, komisarek left the game after having blocked Kovalchuk's shot. Let's hope he'll be back. Like I was saying, the boys aren't playing. Pathetic! Edited February 27, 2008 by Habsfan
Dirty Harry
This is a good game, lots of back and forth, scoring chances. Habs just need to bury a few now!

The habs are not playing well at all! So many mistakes in the defensive zone!

JMMR
Not a good feeling when you can not score. This is where Markov Kovalev and Koivu have to produce something these 2 points are a must.
Cataclaw
Habs aren't playing as bad as Habsfan is describing, although they do need to crank it up a notch if they want to come out of this with 2 points.
Habsfan
Negative much? Nope, I call it like I see it. It's obvious, they aren'T giving any effort. Damn, it's not like we are playing the Devils or the Red Wings. WE are playing the Thrashers WITHOUT Hossa. This should have been a walk in the park, but the Thrashers are dominating this game. Luckily Price is good tonight! Edited February 27, 2008 by Habsfan
