That time of the year already!

Still stuck in NS. Divorced and fixing a house.....

So who else is going to the game?

Not sure of my seats yet, as a friend with an inside friend scored them, but they are behind one of the benches I am told, benches haven't been decided?

Looking forward to seeing the youngsters.

Does anyone know who made the trip?

I will post after the game and include pics!

GO HABS GO!!

Last year Pleks had a hat trick here.

My son is now four and so stoked to see coach guy again, and understand that Dandanault has other kids to give pucks to but remains hopeful...

Watch for me in my now vintage trainers sweater.

They say Patrice Bergeron, Zdeno Chara, P.J. Axelsson, Phil Kessel, Chuck Kobasew et Marco Sturm will play as well. Not Ryder though.

Interesting stuff there is that Tanguay is tested on the right side first,

Higgins-Koivu-Tanguay is written in the sky.

Pac is given a real chance to proove by not playing with plumbers.

Both Kost on the same line is something they were dreamin off and letting

them play together is the best thing to keep them happy and working.

Lehoux on the wings ? that i do not understand.

I was afraid we would play use Higgins on the Koivu-Tanguay line this season, first because I think we're asking too much from him offensively (he'll never be a natural goal scorer) and also because I was really hoping to see Latendresse play there this season. He has much more to offer than Higgins offensively, and I think his skills could complete Koivu and Tanguay perfectly.

As for Lehoux playing on the wing, with Trotter, Maxwell, Chipchura, and Desharnais in Hamilton, he will no doubt play on the RW with the Bulldogs, so there's very little reason for him to play centre at training camp.

Nothing's set up for sure. Higgins-Koivu may not even be a combo we'll see, let alone Tanguay with Koivu. The Kostitsyns not having their visas cleared for play in the US has some people jumping to conclusions (Kovalev will play with Lang! Tanguay, not Sergei on Koivu's RW!). Carbo's options are somewhat limited by having to put the two brothers on the same team.

Could end up like this:

Andrei - Plex - Kovy

Lats - Lang - Tanguay

Higgins - Koivu - Sergei

or

Andrei - Plex - Kovy

Lats - Koivu - Tanguay

Higgins - Lang - Sergei

or

Andrei - Plex - Kovy

Higgins - Koivu - Tanguay

Lats - Lang - Sergei

And who knows what if the top line gets split up. Or if they decide to keep Tanguay on LW and put Higgins or Gui on RW.

I read somewhere the NHL network is televising alot of pre season games. Buffalo and Montreal are on it tomorrow night.

The other good thing as posters have said IF Tanguay can play the RW, that will make 3 really good lines that can be interchanged.

I read the Pleks Kosty brothers line was fyling during the scrimmiges.

Kovalev when he is on can carry almost any line mates, It'll be interesting to see how it shakes out.
