I love to cook but unfortunately I lack inspiration. I mean, shepperds pie is great but I want to take my skills to another level.

Maybe you tell about your favourite reciepe or dish and can check it out!!

thanks !!

I actually do a lot of cooking with my brother. We improv a lot, but I have some written out recipes at home. We mostly do diffferent asian styles - Indian, Chinese, Thai. Would you be interested in that? It's actually pretty easy (well the chinese is... the Indian is a bit tougher). I'll scan some stuff in when I get home if you want. Give me an idea of the kind of stuff you'd like (like spicy or not)

A food that almost everyone loves is quesadillas.

Chop up some cooked chicken (quarter inch thick slices are good).

fairly fine diced red onion.

diced red bell pepper (or yellow/orange).

mix with salsa.

Take a large tortilla shell (10 inch or more).

Lay it flat on a baking sheet and sprinkle shredded cheese on one half.

Spread your chicken mixture on top of cheese.

Add more cheese on top of chicken mixture.

Fold tortilla over to make a clam shape.

Spread a generous amount of garlic butter on top of the tortilla.

Bake for about half an hour or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve with sour cream.

Easy and it is amazing. You can also put anything inside. I have even made straight vegetarian ones with asparagus and all kinds of veggies.

It rocks!
