JMMR
Big Georges will probably get his 1st goal with Koivu tonight.
Habsfan84
Thanks for the Great thread Spidey. Should be a good game. Go Habs Go!
ForumGhost
Strange lines, Gainey obviously doesn't mind play Boston. It would be funny if Koivu sets up Laraque and Stewart for a flurry of goals, we win the game then play Washington.

rafikz
So, would you rather play Boston or Vouashigneutone? Washington: Bad D, worse goaltending; but no Markov to stop Ovechkin Boston: Fun to watch, rivalry, we own them in the playoffs; but BGL will have to drop them

rafikz
Ovechkin plays on Komisarek's side. But I remember Carbo putting Markov on Ovie last season. It worked quite well

JUST KIDDING but I must say these lines are as crazy as anything carbo ever thought up. :ghg: :ghg: :ghg: :ghg: :hlogo: oh and great thread spidey you come up with more info than wikopedia it is incredible thanks Edited April 11, 2009 by habs rule
brobin
Blech... If Price doesn't get better at rebound control we are screwed. Two easy shots.. two big rebounds right up the slot. One goal. The defense clearly sucks, but Price should be better then that. He is not as brutal as he has been, but I still don't think he looks great. When he is on, those pucks are eaten up by Price. I find he average right now, which is not good enough for this team. We need a goalie in the top 5 to win consistently.

brobin
I say he sucks raw. Probably top 5 worst in the league. Technically, he is in the bottom 5 of starters. He has played better lately, more like an average goalie. He needs to play like a top 5 guy (and we know he can, at least for 20 games) if we are going to have a prayer. brobin
What a brutal PP... no one going to the net.. no shots going to the net... crappy passing.. sheesh.. I guess they want to play Boston..

Dutch_Habs_Fan
Best line again tonight, also with the most energy. And it pays off.... Pleks line showing finally some hockey at the end of the period...
han_dyl
Hmm, 17-6 shots for the pens. Nice to see they decided to show up tonight. Lucky to be tied after one. I expect the Habs to come out strong in the second.
