dlbalr
Varlamov confirmed as starter for Washington. Gorges, Moen both at the morning skate for Montreal.

BlueKross
If PK doesn't play tonight, you can put me down as officially worried. I think these boards will lightUP if we have a few more outings like the last few. There will be alot of worried Habs fans if we slip to nineth or tenth which is about a stone throw from where we are now. Luckily, a bit of a hot streak could put us right back at the top. bar
Haha I agre BlueKross, a win tonight and the habs are back in third!
dlbalr
Gorges will be a game time decision, no word on who will sit if he can play. Even if he goes tonight, I have to think he'll sit one of the two games on the Florida portion of the trip.
jrhabs
Another day another no show. 5 -1 Caps. Why so pessimistic ? 3-1 Caps
JoeLassister
The only thing that doesn't worry me is actually the fact that we will show up. We always do against good teams. I call a shoutout.

dlbalr
Moen in for Pyatt, Johansson surprisingly out for the Caps.
bar
This should be a big statement game for Subban, Weber and Picard. With the recent trade spots are gonna be harder to come by.

He played quite well against them last year, and with gorges out tonight he should get more big time minutes.

bar
See right there...PK will get blame for that, but if Gill chipped the puck out properly it wouldn't be an issue. yeahhhh thats subbans fault Or how about Gills for not getting the puck out? Or how about Gills for not getting the puck out? bad play by PK, but stupid play by Gill as well. I'd be more upset at the vetern. This is why Gill should only be out for the penalty kill duty. bar
It's not just lately, the habs have been not so great to watch since JM took over, but the habs were winning so it could be ignored.

It's not just lately, the habs have been not so great to watch since JM took over, but the habs were winning so it could be ignored. I was and still am not much of a JM fan, and i would love to see him canned. His style just stinks, and the only way the Habs seem to win is by outstanding goaltending. bar
His style is definitely not fan-friendly, maybe some purists would enjoy it, I have no say in whether JM is let go or not, but the players just don't seem to buy into what he's selling anymore.
