Commandant
Mattheson is signed long term and has been our best defenceman of late. He's playing really well. Lets not put him as the 7th defenceman just yet.

Norlinder is another guy that I didn;t add, even if he is not doing so well in the AHL. He may still turn into a decent D The Habs will have some young Ds available to trade in a couple of years

Always fun to project and discuss how the prospects may turn out. I think of the young D prospects that Mailloux has the most offensive upside while Guhle will be the best defensively. Hutson may be the most fun to watch.

Habs Fan in Edmonton
Not a good hit by Beck. This is a trade that hasn't work out for him for whatever reason.
DON
Didnt seem a bad or malicious hit, but penalty for sure and suspension also fine by me (would like to see all teams accountable all their players actions also).
Neech
Maybe the call-up for one game was a distraction for Beck.

I think it was a pretty bad hit, got his forearm/elbow up into the guys head and knocked his helmet off. I certainly don't think its typical Beck but that was a bad hit in my opinion.
