He had a 5pt game 3g2a 8 shots Bryce Pickford 50-goal scorer? : "He doesn't care" He has 15 PP goals, his teammate has 27 PP assists. HW 3 Stars: December’s Top Prospects – HabsWorld.net 1st Star: Bryce Pickford (Medicine Hat, WHL) – One of the questions with Pickford this season was if he could repeat his breakout performance offensively. Few thought he could beat it, even fewer thought he’d be among the league’s leading scorers which is a counterargument to the suggestion that the numbers are only inflated because of the weaker talent level. Alas, that’s where he is which understandably earned him a quick entry-level deal from the Habs last month. His defensive game remains a question mark but with how effective he is offensively, he’s worth starting to get a little excited about. Quote

It is, I missed his last assist which was actually quite impressive as he showed excellent speed coming down the wing. I watched the highlights and as usual his shooting is outstanding, his slapper and wrist shot are elite. Even when he doesn't score his shot is almost always on the net. Could he score 50 as a defenseman? It seems like 40 is a slam dunk. Plus the Tigers have Andrew Basha back from injury which gives them a boost. If they had McKenna they would be really tough to beat but then maybe Pickford wouldn't be able shine as much. He is the man on that team. Quote
