Machine of Loving Grace
Someone has won it fairly recently if memory serves. Who that is, I don't know. Audette back in October.
DON
Really? Don't remember that and simply don't have high expectations for him at all, but hope am wrong.

DON
Thanks. Reway 1g 2a today, back to 1 point/game. He is 2nd on team in scoring, but is only regular who is a - player.
DON
Lernout 2a and 2nd star in his game. Gregoire stays hot with 1g 2a. McCarron gets 27th goal n 39th game.
ICEWATER77
Is Lernout shaping up to be a Souray-type Dman? A big, nasty, tough s.o.b that can put up pts? Be nice if he could play better defensively than Souray too

Be nice if he could play better defensively than Souray too That seems too lofty of expectations. Keep in mind that Dietz had even better offensive numbers than Lernout and has done next-to-nothing offensively in the pros. I'd project him as a 3rd pairing defenceman who could play 2nd pairing PP if all goes well.
DON
But are again numerous graduates to AHL level for next fall and Lernout, Didier, Thrower will battle for spots on defense most likely.
DON
MacMillan gets 2g. Gregoire gets 1g GWG Scherbak only gets 1a this weekend Fucale gets pulled just after 1st period Lehkonen zippo offense again
dlbalr
That's going to hurt Fucale's chances at the record. He pretty much needs to run the table as it is (since Booth will get a few starts for sure as well).
dlbalr
Reway's having a big game today, 4 points (1-3) so far. That gives him a 3-game point streak and he has 8 points in that span.
DON
Lehkonen gets 1a
DON
Scherbak 2a and 3rd star of game 45gms 21g 62pts +
DON
B.C. winning 1-0 in 1st and Cap't Gregoire with 1a.
DON
Gregoire 1st star of game, GWG, 1g 1a. 16 points in last 7 games, not too shabby.
DON
Lernout gets his 11th goal. Bozon gets his 21st, end 1st
dlbalr
Lernout added an assist (now 29 points in 52 games) while Scherbak added a pair of assists. As I noted in my 3 Stars column last night, it'd really be nice to see him find that scoring touch again.
DON
I listened to a bit of Scherbak's game and hardly heard his name being involved nor discussed at all, when a month or so ago Everett announcers would be drooling about his overall play. He had 2a, was only player to be +3, but not one of 3 stars. WHL guys noted he would be a star one game, then invisible the next (which he was the last game I watched), which isn't a great overall impression, Gallagher used to bring it every night and why he had 40+ goals. Scherbak has about 20 games left and seems unlikely to hit 30 goals or may just make it.
DON
Lernout has his 12th g in1st period. Audette gets hat trick.(in a 9-3 loss)
dlbalr
Audette gets hat trick.(in a 9-3 loss) That's hard to do, talk about wasting a good effort. A couple of lesser-discussed prospects had a goal today, Jake Evans and Nikolas Koberstein.
DON
Scherbak 3rd star with 1g 1a and seemed much more involved in this one early in game anyways. Has 4 points in 2 games so far this weekend aint to bad, with 3-in-3 should be good test and battle vs Portland today.
dlbalr
McCarron had his best game as a General today, picking up a goal and three assists. He's up to 55 points in 42 games this year.
Colin
McCarron and Scherbak. With Patches. If they become half the player... Perhaps finally figuring out how to draft big boys who don't play like Jason Ward?
DON
Gregoire gets his 12th in game 19, another GWG. Scherbak shut out
dlbalr
It sounds like Reway is nearing an extension with Sparta Praha. He's already signed through next season as it is.
