I think the sabres wil come out to prove after that debacle with Lucic,

Having said that, with White injured, I think the habs response would probably have been even weaker then the Sabres response.

I also think Lucic should get suspended for an intent to injure and that there should have been an intent to injure penalty. But even with a new sheriff in town, there's zero chance of that of that happening. It does piss me of that punks like Lucic constantly take cheap shots, without ever getting disciplinary action, so they retain their squeaky clean records. Remember the playoff series a few years back when both Lucic and Chara targeted Komi. BOth of them pretty much took Komi down from behind and started beating on him, but neither was disciplined by the useless piece of crap Colin Campbell.

Hate to say it but I see a loss tonight and I see a physical game from Buffalo after being physically humiliated by the Bruins in their last game.

It is f.ing driving me crazy not to see Emelin in that line-up. Our team is soft as hell. We play as though Jacques Martin personal sends out invitation to opposing teams inviting them to the Bell Centre for a 60 minute skate with proceeding entertainment.

Time to start playing with a team that actually cares and intimidates players both physically and on the score board.

You would have appreciated Mark Howe's comments on HNIC this past weekend. Did anyone hear of Markov practicing today with the funny shirt on?

Looks Like Miller and Myers won't be playing for the sabres. If we dont win this game, I'll be worried. the Sabres will be without the best Goalie in the legue and without their best D-man.

We have to win this game.

BY the way, Hal Gill won't play. He has the flu.

Enroth is an extremely capable goaltender. Extremely. Myers has been a defensive sieve. It may actually be a harder game with a solid goalie and one less defender to skate around.

My only guess is that someone (probably Gomez or Cammy) is a game time decision. Otherwise the Engqvist recall makes no sense. They have 12 forwards.

Maybe they just want someone to sit in the press box to keep them company :P

Apparently Gill is out and Emelin in tonight due to Hal's illness.

I think that's great news. That means Martin will be forced to play Emelin.

Cammalleri out.

Crap - is this reoccuring issue with the cut he took or something new?? I wish the habs would just let guys recover, rather then rushing them back and then have them constantly out.

While i'm not averse to having Gomez on the wing, it doesn't make sense to bring him back, if he is not healthy enough to take a faceoff.

Bruins fan friend of mine (I know, I know) stated that the guy he was most worried about in Montreal was Eller. Already solid and looking like he's going to continue improving a lot. Hopefully he starts to find his attacking game with better wingers.

Cole has a brilliant Movember going.

We have to either get Pleks off the point on the PP or just decline the penalty.

and of course he takes a penalty.
