KamalPanesar
Fabulous news for hockey. Agreed! The game is better with Sid in it...hopefully the NHL sharpens their concussion policies!
Colin
Great news, although I'm sure there was a collective zebra moan and a rush to the pharmacy to buy earplugs.

parksville habsfan
Wonder what it costs to insure a player like Crosby after an injury like that.

Habsfan84
The game is so much better with him in it. When he first came in to the NHL I hated him But he has earned my respect along the way. I mean who can hate a guy who won us a Gold Medal. Anyways i expect him to get right back at it and be a top scorer. I think the Pens become really dangerous with him in the lineup. Crosby Malkin, Staal..............Neal is playing amazing. Sullivan was also a very solid signing this summer. I think he can be a difference. Just as I posted Sullivan scores lol

The Chicoutimi Cucumber
Unbelievable. What a beast the Kid is. I love watching great players be great players. For all the Sid-hating that goes on (irrationally, to my mind) it is simply terrific for the game to have its best player back. Still expect him to tail off and go through a cold spell after 3-4 games, though.

Whilst what he did last night was impressive, it has to be considered that A) It was the New York Islanders B) It was an ECHL goalie who played against Pittsburgh C) It was the New York Islanders

The Chicoutimi Cucumber
It was an ECHL goalie who played against Pittsburgh Sure, and if had played against us, all the talk would be about 'running into a hot goalie'
BTH
Didn't the Habs just lose to the Islanders? 2 goals, 2 assists is impressive regardless of the opposition.
