JMMR
I think this will get ugly. Even know King Henry usually does not like playing in Montreal the crowd will be dead. It was ultra quiet last night. I think the Rangers might put up a touchdown today.
The Chicoutimi Cucumber
Well, they played a spirited game last night, and against Boston. I'd expect some energy in the first half followed by a big sag in the second after the usual array of missed open nets, crossbars and posts, and assorted bad luck that follows this team along night after night like a cloud. I say, 2-1, going into the 3rd, final score 4-1 Rangers.
Colin
What an ugly GDT. Mine was much more beautiful. I even got the home team wrong! And look how many pages it went!

zumpano21
If the game isn't worth following, can we debate Yakupov vs. Grigorenko?
JMMR
If the game isn't worth following, can we debate Yakupov vs. Grigorenko? Sure Grigorenko is a centre and already plays in Quebec

xXx..CK..xXx
I'm of the breed that will never cheer for a tanked season... Nor do I actually think we WILL end up with a top 5 pick so you guys are wasting your time and energy. With that being said, I'd rather Yakupov than Grigorenko. Should be a good game tonight, the habs usually play well against the Rangers. Gomez will get at least a point tonight, you heard it here first. I said that before I even scrolled back up to see that he's on a pretty solid second line... Nice to see. Looking forward to seeing Bourque tonight. zumpano21
I like Grigorenko too. Latest analyses that I've come across put Yakupov and Grigorenko in a near dead heat. Grigorenko does play centre and he's a good size compared to Yakupov.
skinnydog
With a healthy Markov and White, our line up looks good + I cant wait till Gallagher plays. I like the moves Pierre has made, I believe our future is bright boys!

dlbalr
The forward lines have been updated as per the notes on the TwitterBug on the main page. Also note that Cunneyworth today declared the Plekanec line the 3rd trio so I've made that change as well. Montreal will dress 12/6 tonight meaning 2 D will sit. No word on which 2 will be eating popcorn tonight.
Machine of Loving Grace
I think I'm gonna eat popcorn just because it's delicious. As for the game, just make it closer than what the Leafs made it. Good god, watching highlights of that after the Flames/Kings game was painful. I've watched Yakupov in Sarnia. People keep looking at Grig' size. Yakupov is talented enough to not need size. I honestly believe he has Stamkos/Tavares/Duchene level of skill. Montreal likely won't draft him unless they got first overall. If we don't get either Russian I want Gaunce. He'll be NHL ready by 19. Such a smart player. brobin
Well, Cammy scored the lone goal from Calgary (from right in front of the net, don't get use to it Flames), but he was also minus 2 on the night. I hope Bourque has a solid game for us, regardless of the final outcome. Since we traded for him and we have him long term, I hope he is the solid power forward we need.. Commandant
For everyone saying Cammy never gets goals from in front of the net.... go to NHL.com and watch all his goals from this season. 4 of his last 5 goals as a hab came from right in front.... a rebound vs ottawa, converting desharnais pass vs Tampa.... tip ins vs San jose and vs Carolina. dlbalr
Campoli isn't in the warmup, he's a no-go tonight. I thought he had a decent game last night so I'm a little surprised he's not back in.
Commandant
Thats one scratch... so I guess that means one of Emelin/Weber is in, (assuming 12 fwds) If they go 7 D, then maybe Darche scratched?
bbp
I really hope Emelin isn't sitting
dlbalr
So much for the planned 12/6. Nokelainen out, Emelin in.
dlbalr
The Desharnais line starts with Gorges-Subban on defence.
Commandant
Why we scratch Noke but continue to play Darche, I really don't understand.
dlbalr
Nokelainen has lost the confidence of Cunneyworth. Darche has been effective enough on the PK which is more or less what Nokelainen's role has been. With Gomez back now, they have 4 C's dressed as well.
