It boggles my mind that with two natural centres on the line, the team continues to insist on playing the natural winger at C. The line is DeSimone-Willsie-Leblanc. I get that they're converting Leblanc to RW but why not put DeSimone at C?

3-1 after 1, the Marlies are starting to take it to the Bulldogs. The shocker so far is Palushaj getting in a fight with Holzer.

Seriously though,

Lawson sucked

The ice sucked... after about the 5-10 minute mark of each period passes became very difficult, you couldn't make more than 2 passes in a row or it would hop over a stick, bounce etc... The Marlies understood this and were just dumping and chasing, and putting pucks on the net and crashing, the Dogs didn't seem to adjust and were trying to be too fancy all the time, that was the difference.

Avtsin was bad Avtsin.... uninterested and didn't seem to work hard.

Leblanc was awesome.

Palushaj tried to spark the team, and really worked hard to do so, he just couldn't get anythng going though. Even tried fighting to bring some life, but it wasn't happening.

Mitera... Ugh

Although most of the Dogs really had poor games. Again, didn't adjust well to the conditions.

i was pleasantly surprised of Shultz's play. Any word on if Nash will be back this year?
