dlbalr
For the second time in less than two weeks, the Bulldogs (13-18-1-3) travel to Rochester to take on the Americans (17-14-2-1). The Amerks have already sat down Cody Hodgson and Marcus Foligno in preparation for NHL training camp while we still haven't officially heard anything about Montreal callups. If there are some surprising late scratches for this one, count on those players coming to training camp. Projected Hamilton Lines: Blunden - Holland - Gallagher Quailer - Bournival - Dumont Lefebvre - Chaput - Leblanc Hagel - Leveille - Stortini Tinordi - DeSantis St. Denis - Commodore Beaulieu - Ellis Mayer Projected Rochester Lines:(based on last games' +/- data) Girgensons - Porter - Mancari Sundher - Varone - Rankin Roy - Adam - Schofield* Parker - Tarnasky - Legault* Biega - McNabb Brennan^ - Gauthier-Leduc Finley - Pysyk Leggio * - expected to return from injury for this game ^ - questionable, will be reporting to Buffalo's training camp Puck drop is at 7:05 PM, Funny820 as always will have the play-by-play; click the banner below to listen. miklin
I wish Derek would stop talking about other things while play is going on and at the start of periods. Makes you wonder what the crowd noise is about sometimes. He just missed the 4th Amerks goal for example. Wish someone would tell him how to pronounce Roy-always sounds like roo-ah! Of course, Norfolk sounds like Nor-fuk on any of his reports. 4-1 now for the Amerks-time to turn it off Edited January 12, 2013 by miklin
miklin
Dumont makes it 4-2 early in the second. Now big line brawl. Not sure if we'll come out ahead with the inept AHL officials-god-why is Banfield still around??????????????????? Joey Tenute has two assists so far Edited January 12, 2013 by miklin
dlbalr
Hamilton got the PP on it (didn't score), there were 64 PIMS on that play. It's now 5-2 in the 3rd. I think Mayer's hot streak has come to an end.

dlbalr
can't blame Mayer tonight Brian. Team was horrible in front of him But it's tradition... Bad D or not, I would imagine Desjardins gets back in for the next one. Any predictions on which Bulldogs are heading to NHL camp?
