People on this board called me crazy this summer when I said that Galchenyuk would be our best forward by Christmas...

Next year. This year? Eller. And when DD gets his deserved spot somewhere deep down the lineup and Patches gets a real pivot, Wolvie will be number two. Chuckie needs one more year.

Still a long way from that happening.

Galchenyuk so far has been more physical, but he's still missing the target with that lethal wrister. Once he gets it on goal the points will pile up.

Will pile up ? He's on pace for 136 pts... :)

Maybe because I am a newbie to Hockey (I've immigrated to Canada 3 yrs ago but I share the same passion for Hockey and Soccer) BUT is it only me that find Price completely overrated? The impression that I get is that he is never the best goalie on the rink, even if he is playing well. Yesterday he made great saves but Calgary's actually played better. The same goes for last week against Toronto.

About Eller, a great surprise, he actually upgraded his game brutally since last season. Montreal has a great future ahead. I just can't understand Desharnais playing the first line and sacrificing Pacciorety even though I must agree with some here that Desharnais will actually make a rebound in a couple games because he is definitely not that bad.

Cheers

^ A bold opinion, worth being mentioned in a HW article.
