brobin
Gally actually hit from behind into the boards.... Doesn't get hurt, no call.
brobin
Brutally slow and soft on the PP. Too casual, no urgency....

DON
And there was a real hard boarding on Prust.... No call. This is the NHL, bad inconsistent officiating is pretty common and been same for decades.

habscout
They're coming on now! Nice to see Eller with a couple of big hits in the game too.
dlbalr
That was a much better period. Most of the team had their skating legs. Both Markov and Subban look out of sorts tonight (poor reads, slow, etc). Their ice time has gone up over the past few weeks, fatigue was bound to strike. Lovett's Magnatones
What a period! What I love about this new regime is they're always battling. They stunk to start the period, but kept trying harder.
johnnyhasbeen
If your going to lay 40 minute hockey, it is best to take the first 20 off. I guess?

dlbalr
The Galchenyuk line did not play much in the 2nd. Briere is under 7 minutes of ice time for the game, Galchenyuk under 6. (Eller is just over 10, part of which is aided by PK time.)
